Students learned how to;
Choose and use standard metric units and their abbreviations (km, m, cm, mm, kg, g, l and ml ) when estimating, measuring and recording length, weight and capacity.
Convert between units of measurement (kg and g, l and ml, km, m, cm and mm), using decimals to three places.
Convert larger to smaller metric units (decimals to one place), e.g. change 2.6 kg to 2600 g
Order measurements in mixed units
Compare readings on different scales

Week 1 - Number, Place Value & Assessment Cambridge Primary Checkpoint Mock Paper
Students learned how to;
Read and write 7-digit numbers and know what each digit represents and using place value chart.
Compare and order 7-digit numbers using the >, < and = signs.
Understand the words digit (numerals from 0-9), place (position of a digit in a number) and value (amount each digit is worth). (Maths vocabulary)
