Present Tense فِعْلٌ مُضَارِعٌ
- Any Fi'il فِعْلٌ (Verb) must have Fa'il فَاعِلٌ (Doer)
Eg. The word يَدْخُلُ (enters).
The Dhomeer are "greyed" because the Fi'il by itself indicates who is the Doer (Fa'il).
(Refer to Irob of Fi'il Mudhari' for details)
The five wazans below are called "Af-'alul-khamsah" ending with Nun.
1. هُمْ يَدْخُلُونَ They (males) enter (Fa'il = و Wau Jama')
2. هُمَا يَدْخُلَانِ The two males enter (Fa'il = ا Alif Tathniyah)
3. هُمَا / أَنتُمَا تَدْخُلَانِ
The two females / The two of you (females) / The two of you (males) enter (Fa'il = ا Alif Tathniyah)
4. أَنتُم تَدْخُلُونَ you (all males) enter (Fa'il = و Wau Jama')
5. أَنتِ تَدْخُلِين you (female) enter (Fa'il = ي Ya' Muannath Mukhatabah)
These two are not part of the "Af-'alul-khamsah" because it end with Nun Niswah
(not ending with the Nun of Af'alil-Khamsah).
هُنَّ يَدْخُلْنَ أنتُنَّ تَدْخُلْنَ (Fa'il = نَ Nun Niswah - indicating the Doer is Plural Feminine)
1) Starts with the letters = ا ن ي ت
-----------------------------------
2) Words that come after:
a) سَ (will) = the verb after this word will be in action soon (a short while later).

b) سَوْفَ (will) = the verb after this word will be in action later.
eg. he will go (later) سَوْفَ يَذْهَبُ

(1) These are the 'Amils حَرْفُ نَصْبٍ that will change the ending of a Fi'il Mudhari' :-

Click these links for more details = حَرْفُ نَصْبٍ and حَرْفُ جَزْمٍ

4) May have Nun tawkid at the end. ( Nun for Emphasis = Surely )
يَدْخُلُ becomes = يَدْخُلَنْ OR يَدْخُلَنَّ Surely he will enter ..
Types of Nun :
(1) النُّونُ مِنَ الأَفْعَالِ الْخَمْسَةِ
نُونُ انِّسْوَةِ (2)
نُونُ التَّوْكِيدِ (3)

The two of them beat him هُمَا يَضْرِبَانِهِ
. They beat him هُمْ يَضْرِبُونَهُ

تُدَرَّسُونَ <= تُدَرِّسُونَ
يُقْتَرَبُونَ <= يَقْتَرِبُونَ
يُسْتَغْفَرُونَ <= يَسْتَغْفِرُونَ
