The ending sound for Nasb and Jarr status are the same.
Example :-
رَفْعٌ نَصْبٌ جَرٌّ
مَكَّةُ مَكَّةَ مَكَّةَ
The calling word is "ya" = Nida' . The object being called is = Munada'
eg. "Ya Rajulu" يَا رَجُلُ = Munada' (ending Dhomma)
eg. "Ya Ahla" يَا أَهْلَ الْكِتَابِ = Munada' & Mudhaf (ending Fathah)
eg. "Ya Qaumi" (mudhaf w/o tanween) يَا قَوْمِى . The ending is supposed to be Fathah (Qauma) but because of the "Ya mutakallim", it becomes Kasrah (Qaumi).
اَلْمُعْرَب originally it is supposed to be Flexible اِسْم مَنْقُوص
but due to the difficulty in pronouncing the ending sounds for Rafa' and Jarr status ( لِلثِّقَالِ )
the Rafa' and Jarr status becomes مَبْنِيٌّ . Only the NaSb status is maintained with Fathah.
Example :-
رَفْعٌ نَصْبٌ جَرٌّ
القَاضِي القَاضِيَ القَاضِي
الْهَادِي الْهَادِيَ الْهَادِي
الجَانِي الجَانِيَ الجَانِي
Ends with the letter "Ya" without the dots and before it is Kasrah. You recite it as the letter "Ya".
The "ya" is called يا لاَزِمَة
These isms are non-flexible. The ism ending sound remain the same for all 3 status because it is impossible to make the ending sound for
Raf', NaSb, Jar (لِلتَّعَذُّرِ )
مَبْنِيٌّ is Mabni اِسْم مَقْصُور
Example:-
رَفْعٌ نَصْبٌ جَرٌّ
عِيسَى عِيسَى عِيسَى
حُسنَى حُسنَى حُسنَى
Ends with the shape of the letter "ya" without dots and before it is a Fathah. You recite it as the letter "Alif" and not "Ya".
The alif is called اَلِف لاَزِمَة or اَلِف مَقصُورَة .. more examples = مُوْسَى , عصا
