Why are each of these items necessary when creating a goal?2. Why must we always follow up with the goals we set?3.What should you do if you do not meet a goal you set?4. Write at least one SMART goal and make a plan. Ask students to write a goal in the SMART goal format and write a plan. She complains to other coworkers and snaps on others from time to time, however, she has an excellent performance record pertaining to her job responsibilities. Under each scenario answer the following questions: What do you think the outcome of each of these scenarios will be? Now decide what action should be taken and if they decided to either keep or terminate the employee. What was taken into consideration when making the decision?

Instructions:Lesson 1 (MONDAY): Sign in to Naviance Student and complete the Naviance Curriculum Lesson titled Enhancing My Resume. Naviance Curriculum can be found at the bottom of the Naviance Student homepage, clicking the purple box titled “College, Career, and Life Readiness.” Explore ways to get involved and enhance your resume. The required activities in the lesson include:
- Read about how to enhance your resume, including:
- List what you’ve been up to
- Think outside the box
- Get involved
- List at least four items that may enhance your resume.
- Make a plan to get started on two of your items
Lesson 2 (WEDNESDAY): Complete the following essay prompt: Why do you feel colleges and jobs look closely at items on a resume? Essay should be at least 300 words.
Lesson 3 (FRIDAY): Sign in to Naviance Student and complete the following survey questions:List the activities you’ve completed this academic year (or before) that you would want included on a resume.List the jobs you’ve worked this academic year (or before) that you would want included on a resume.List the volunteer opportunities/activities you’ve completed this academic year (or before) that you would want included on a resume.
Signing into Naviance Student: 1. Go to www.philasd.org and click the login tab 2. Enter your student ID and password information 3. Click on the Message Center tab (left-hand side) 4. Click on the Naviance Icon 5. You are now on your Naviance Homepage 6. Click on My Planner, then scroll to tasks 7. Choose the task above and complete the survey questions.
