- Instructions:
- Clear some space to work out.
- Click on the video link and watch it all the way through BEFORE you begin.
- Once you have watched the video all of the ways through, start it from the beginning and follow along with Ms. Jones.
- Here is your workout: 5 rounds for time (do these exercises rounds as quickly as possible): 5 burpees, 10 tuck jumps (only use a bench or box if it is stable, well- balanced, and can support your weight), 15 mountain climbers (left + right = 1 repetition)
- Respond to the prompt: How many rounds were you able to complete? Do you need help to modify any of the exercises?
