  1. Clear some space so you can move for your workout.
  2. Work through each slide.
  3. You will play a video and work out along with it.
  4. You will complete an activity to demonstrate your understanding of exercises that will benefit your levels of fitness.

- Title: Bottle Spinner Clock Fitness with Emilia Rastrick (Lingelbach)
- Instructions:
  1. Clear some space to work out.
  2. You will need: an empty bottle, pen, and paper.
  3. Follow along with the slides.
  4. Either can either print and cut out the exercise squares from the link OR write out the 12 exercises on paper.
  5. Place the 12 exercises in a circle similar to a clock face.
  6. Put the bottle in the middle of the circle.
  7. Spin the bottle until it stops.
  8. Read the exercise that the bottle is pointing towards.
  9. Complete the exercise that the bottle is pointing towards.
  10. Spin the bottle again and do the exercise the bottle chooses.
  11. Repeat at least 12 times.

- Title: Fitness Challenges with Kristin Jones (Carver E&S)
- Instructions:
  1. Clear some space to work out.
  2. Click on the video link and watch it all the way through BEFORE you begin.
  3. Watch to learn the movement challenges.
  4. Once you have watched the entire video, review the exercise descriptions on the next slides.
  5. Click the link to start the timer.
  6. Stop the timer when you finish the third round.
  7. Write down how long it took to complete the 3 rounds of exercise.
  8. Complete the Drag and Drop assignment, then respond to the Reflection prompts.
  9. EXERCISE DESCRIPTION: Complete 3 rounds of the following exercises: 200 Meter Run, 7 Burpees, 21 Kettlebell Swings
  10. Report to your teacher: How long did it take to complete the 3 rounds?
