- Title: Bottle Spinner Clock Fitness with Emilia Rastrick (Lingelbach)
- Instructions:
- Clear some space to work out.
- You will need: an empty bottle, pen, and paper.
- Follow along with the slides.
- Either can either print and cut out the exercise squares from the link OR write out the 12 exercises on paper.
- Place the 12 exercises in a circle similar to a clock face.
- Put the bottle in the middle of the circle.
- Spin the bottle until it stops.
- Read the exercise that the bottle is pointing towards.
- Complete the exercise that the bottle is pointing towards.
- Spin the bottle again and do the exercise the bottle chooses.
- Repeat at least 12 times.

- Instructions:

- Once you have watched the entire video, review the exercise descriptions on the next slides.
- Click the link to start the timer.
- Stop the timer when you finish the third round.
- Write down how long it took to complete the 3 rounds of exercise.
- Complete the Drag and Drop assignment, then respond to the Reflection prompts.
