- Instructions:
- Clear some space to work out.
- Click on the video link and watch it all the way through BEFORE you begin.
- Once you have watched the video all of the way through, start it from the beginning and follow along with Ms. Jones.
- Here is your workout: complete 7 sit ups, 5 squats, and 3 burpees, in that order.
- Do as many cycles (7-5-3) as possible (AMRAP) in 8 minutes. Once you finish the burpees, go right into the sit ups.
- Count how many complete cycles (7-5-3) you finish in the 8 minutes.
- Respond to the prompt: How many full cycles (sit ups, squats, and burpees) were you able to complete in 8 minutes?

- Once you have watched the video all of the way through, start it from the beginning and follow along with Ms. Jones.
- Here is your workout: Find a line on the floor- complete 50 line jumps (side to side), then 50 sit ups with arms extended overhead and knees bent. Next, do 40 line jumps, side to side, followed by 40 sit ups with arms extended overhead and knees bent.
- Continue with 30 line jumps and 30 sit ups. 6) Continue with 20 line jumps, 20 sit ups. 7) Finish with 10 line jumps, 10 sit ups.
- Modification- start with 30 repetitions, then 20, 10
- Respond to the prompt: How long did it take you to complete the workout? Did you start with 50, 40, or 30 repetitions?
