Content: The emphasis in this course is on skill development and responsibility in the natural setting/outdoor environment with emphasis on personal navigation through unique or novel settings (high elements, wall climbing, snow travel/survival techniques, and water transportation). Students are held accountable for decision-making and group outcomes.
Activities: Orienteering, wall climbing, kayaking, and snowshoeing/winter survival skills.
