Content: This course will cover topics not covered in Advanced Physics including simple harmonic motion, waves, geometric and physical optics, fluids, capacitors, and magnetism. It will focus on preparation for the AP® Physics 1 exam administered in May.

Activities: Classroom discussions, student projects and design activities and problem-solving.

Cost: A scientific calculator with trigonometric, exponential and logarithmic functions is needed. (graphing calculators are useful but not required), safety goggles and a fee if AP® exam is taken.
