Course Content: This course is designed to provide students with a basic understanding of the essential elements of management. These elements include goals, strategies, structures, technologies, environments, and the motivations and interests of the people involved. Students will use skills such as communication, problem-solving, teamwork, conflict resolution, critical analysis, and ethical reasoning in work-related simulations. These experiences will help foster the management skills necessary for a successful future.

Course Activities: Virtual Business Management simulation, individual and group instruction, group projects, case studies and guest speakers.
