Content: This course is designed to help students meet the challenges of their daily lives with confidence. Students will learn basic information and practical skills related to such topics as healthy living, human relations, clothing care, food and nutrition as well as preparation of food labs.
Activities: Group and individual projects, class discussions, videos and labs.
