The Multnomah County Student Health Center is a high-quality, free healthcare service for students, providing services such as sports physicals, immunizations, and basic health exams.

Located at the far end of the student parking lot at David Douglas High School, the Multnomah County Student Health Center is available to serve all K-12 students who live or are currently enrolled in a school in Multnomah County. They provide Sports Physicals, Immunizations (shots), Prescription medications, Injury/Illness care, and basic Well-child exams. All of these services require no out-of-pocket costs or insurance.

With the impact Covid-19 had on everyone, the health center is also providing Mental and Behavioral health services for those in need. With the increase in mental health problems, such as anxiety and depression issues since the lockdowns, it is important that people get the help that they need. Covid-19 testing, vaccines, and boosters are available as well. When visiting the health center, make sure to bring a mask because they are still required. They are available by the door for visitors who do not have one.

Reproductive services are also provided at the health center to keep the students safe.

The health center offers same-day services or the ability to make appointments. To make an appointment, for on-campus students, check-out at the Attendance Office located by the bookkeeper's window in the main hallway, during lunch, or visit before and after school. They are available five days out of the week, Mon-Tue and Thu-Fri from 7:45 a.m. to 3:45 p.m., and Wednesday from 9:45 am to 5:45 pm. They are closed for lunch on Wednesdays from 1-1:30 pm.
