Bylaws of the Board 

Number of Members, Terms of Office 

There shall be elected two members of the Board of Education not more than one of whom shall be of the same political party, who shall hold office for terms of four years so that there shall be a Board of Education of five members, not more than three of whom shall be of the same political party, serving terms of four years.

All terms shall commence on the day following the regular biennial Town election.
