Snapping turtle

The Snapping Turtle prefers to live in freshwater and brackish water territories. They also prefer streams, rivers and lakes that have a soft bottom.

The amount of rainfall,Plants, Animals, Temperature, and terrain depends on where the turtle is.

They are located in North America. The Snapping Turtle is not invasive.

They can usually eat anything they can.

They eat dead animals, insects, fish, birds, small mammal's, amphibians, and plants.

Youngs are fed twice daily, and the adults eat about once every other day.

They use their Beak shapped upper jaw to tear their food apart.
