Description of Habitat: Bobcats live in a variety of places, including forests, mountainous areas, and brush lands. There is a range of rainfall in these areas, but Bobcats themselves do not like the rain because they hate getting wet. Dense vegetation, such as lowland spruce and fir, are popular in Bobcat habitats. Bobcats share their homes with a variety of animals, including eagles, hawks, rabbits, rodents, sheep, and deer. The terrain of a Bobcat's home can range from mountains to flat grasslands.

Bobcats live throughout the United States. There are also small populations in Mexico and Canada. They are not found on any other continent except for North America.
