Demonslair was destroyed by Astaldo in June 1167, and all of the creatures inside except Balor were slain. It is now a melted, lifeless pit.
The mountain range is now claimed by a being named Barioth, probably an ancient dragon, possibly white, who lives beneath the ground to the west side of the mountain range.
