Notes:This is a small town, overlooked by a good sized castle, in which lives Prince Kaliman, who is third in line for the mostly honorary title of King of Folaria. The only reason this small town is of any note is because the prince owns the Jade Scepter of Defending. This is well known; it's part of the royal regalia, with the other parts each being held by those in line for the throne, or the current king.
