Notes and History: The Bard's School was founded by the first bards to migrate north from Tharn several hundred years ago. It has a building for each college, each of which is taught by one or more bards of the top level of that college. The Magna Alumna of Pendria (the only 23rd level bard on the continent) is Caramonde.
The Bard's School has an alchemist, who runs no shop but will do research and take orders from bards only. Primarily he performs his own research, attempting to find formulas for potions whose formulas are not known, at least to him. For more details, see Orveus.
The Bard's School has a sage, who can research just about anything legendary or magical, but will only work for good characters. His name is Morvale.
Felimid Mac Fal often teaches here; predominately teaches at the Cli college.
Other bards that may be consulted:
Sencha Mac Ailella, who specializes in Attellarian history; a middle aged human woman, she speaks with rhyme and poetry almost as often as she speaks otherwise.
The school offers classes to any who are interested in education. Tuition is based on ability to pay; those too poor to pay in cash can perform work of whatever types they are capable of to earn money to pay tuition. In addition to the expected classes of music, history, magical lore and such of particular interest to bards, there are classes in many other sorts of knowledge. There are not, however, classes in crafting of any kind, except those of special interest to bards, such as making musical instruments.
