Notes: This is an underground prison facility. Lore had it that it was created centuries ago to imprison creatures who committed crimes against the country, but it was learned in 1165 that it was actually just a cover to hide the Chromatic Dragon Stone, which was destroyed on May 9; since then, the gates of the prison were opened, the inhabitants all set free, and the modron guards returned to their home plane. A few creatures stayed behind; whether this site will turn into a large monster lair or not is unknown.
