Pymander is a middle aged human male. He has three magical beings, probably some sort of being like Set warriors, but of Ptah, who guard the shop.
He is reputedly able to make dozens of different potions. He will not disclose a list, but his stock is large and varied. He has several visible guards, who wear large golden masks that completely obscure their features.
