Story

Thanos and Darkseid settled their differences and formed an alliance, fusing into Thanoseid. Now having taking over the Death Battle competition and recruiting villains, he creates the Death Battle Tournament as part of a plan to gather souls from fallen combatants needed to create a perfect new universe to rule. It's up to the heroes to defeat Thanoseid, stop the tournament and foil the evil fusion's scheme.
