Bio: An agent of Interpol, Chun-Li trained with the famed martial artist Gen, who was also a friend of her missing father. While investigating on Gen's sudden disappearance, she discovered that her father was captured and killed by the terrorist leader of Shadaloo, M. Bison. From that day forward, Chun-Li has sought vengeance against Bison, fighting against him and his minions various times. In her pursuits, she has also gained numerous allies along the way, as well as making a name for herself as a powerful warrior with a strong sense of justice.

Special Attacks:

-Hyakuretsukyaku: While balancing on one foot, Chun-Li performs a rapid series of kicks at the opponent with the opposite leg.

-Spinning Bird Kick: Chun-Li flips herself upside-down, then springs herself into the air and spins her body like a helicopter, flying at the opponent and striking them with her outstretched legs.

-Sen'en Shuu: Chun-Li does a back flip and strikes the opponent with an axe-kick that creates a small shockwave on impact.

-Kikoken: Chun-Li launches a small, slow-moving blast of chi energy at the opponent. It does little damage, but can prove useful in intercepting and neutralizing enemy projectiles.

-Tenshou Kyaku: Chun-Li kicks the opponent with enough force to launch them into the air and performs a series of consecutive kicks at them before sending them back to the ground. This can also be done against airborne opponents.

Throws

FORWARD: Chun-Li grabs the opponent by the head and smashes it into the ground before she backs off.

BACKWARD: Chun-Li kicks the opponent, then maneuvers behind them before unleashing a flurry of kicks at them. When they subside, they crumple to the ground.

Super Moves:

-Kikosho: Chun-Li gathers large amounts of chi energy in her palms and strikes them into the opponent, surrounding them both in a dome of energy that inflicts multiple hits.

-Hosenka: Chun-Li performs a sliding kick and then a Hyakuretsukyaku, before finally kicking them up into the air, performing a Spinning Bird Kick and then a final kick that sends them flying even further upwards.

-Hoyokusen: Chun-Li throws a thrusting kick at the opponent. If she lands successfully, she will balance on one foot, then unleash a blinding array of kicks, far faster than her standard Hyakuretsukyaku, the camera panning to the opponent who appears to be getting struck by an invisible force. Winding up one last time, she kicks the opponent in the chin, knocking them into the air, then thrusts one last kick that lands right in their face, sending them flying backward.

FATALITIES:

-Leg Split: Chun-Li kicks her opponent in the chin, knocking them into the air. She then stands on her hands and kicks them in the midsection as they fall, her feet slamming through them and lands on her feet. She then tries to spread her legs, meeting resistance from the opponent's body as they scream in pain. Finally, she succeeds in spreading her legs and splits the opponent in half as a result. She will then flip back to her feet and try to scuff the blood off her boots.

-Gut-Splitter: Chun-Li grabs the opponent by the shoulders, then slams both her feet into their midsection. She pushes hard with her legs, breaking through their gut and causing them to cry out. Another push and her feet smash through their spine and protrude from their back. One last push and she flies right through their body, leaving a large, bloody cavity. She stands up to brush off intestines hanging off of her as they fall down, dead.

Intro: Chun-Li calmly walks into the arena, then bows respectfully to the opponent before taking a combat stance.

Outro: Chun-Li thrusts a kick into the air, then resumes a two-legged stance, puts a fist to her palm and bows.

Prologue: Chun-Li's eyes had not betrayed her. M. Bison, leader of Shadaloo, had vanished into an otherworldly portal just as he was right in her grasp, laughing as he escaped once again. Naturally, she was quick to pursue him into the portal, but when she appeared in a strange new world, Bison was long gone. Upset at losing him again, Chun-Li swore to scour the area until she found him, but soon saw that there were other evils that would need to be brought to justice. She was certainly in for a long fight.

Rival Cutscene:

(Chun-Li is walking down what appears to be an abandoned city street in her search for M. Bison. So far, she had reached nothing but pointless skirmishes and a few red herrings.)

Chun-Li: Where could he be? If I had a good lead, any lead at all, Bison would be paying for his crimes by now. (deep breath) Relax, Chun-Li... No need to get frustrated. You need to stay focused.

???: Ah, we meet again!

(Chun-Li whirls around to see Mai Shiranui who was close enough to almost touch noses, then springs back and takes a kung-fu combat pose)

Chun-Li: Mai! How are you here?

Mai: (shrugs) I could ask you the same thing. So, what are you fighting for?

Chun-Li: I'm looking for someone.

Mai: Oh? I am, too. Someone close to you?

Chun-Li: Hardly. I want to find him so I can bring him to justice.

Mai: Hm...hey, Chun?

Chun-Li: Huh?

(Chun-Li swiftly ducks under a thrown folding-fan and looks to see Mai pull out another...from her nonexistent bra, no less.)

Mai: What on Earth are you doing?!

Mai: You clearly need to vent. Maybe a little friendly fight will get you back into your right mind?

Chun-Li: (gives it a quick thought, then smirks) You might be onto something. (readies combat stance) I've been wanting a rematch, anyway...

Mai: Be warned--in typical Shiranui fashion, I will NOT make it an easy victory! (takes her own combat pose)

(Fade to black.)

Ending: Bison had finally fallen and Chun-Li felt the burden of her father's spirit lift slightly from her consciousness. However, there were other organizations that were still at large and just as dangerous as Shadaloo. She rose to the occasion, but knew she couldn't do it alone. Luckily, many of her fellow Street Fighters were there to aid her as well as other rebels, cops, secret agents, and even a star-spangled super-soldier. The worlds, it seemed, were destined to become brighter in the near-future.
