Bio: Born in the pacifistic dimension of Azeroth to a common woman and the demon lord, Trigon, Raven grew up a cursed child. When she turned eighteen, her powers within her soul awakened in the form of a great blackbird, resulting in the return of her father and the death of her mother. Vowing to stop her father at any and all costs, Raven traveled to Trigon's next target--Earth, and became a founding member of the Teen Titans, hoping that with her help, they would be strong enough to topple him. Though her father has been stopped, repeatedly, Raven fears that the new threat may come from within the depths of her own soul.

Special Attacks:

-Dark Debris: Raven puts forth a hand, coated in dark energy, and sends a random piece of debris flying at the opponent. It can go straight, or come down or up at an angle, depending on the button used.

-Portal: Raven creates a portal behind her and vanishes into it, reappearing on the opposite side of the stage.

-Dark Pillar: Raven raises a hand and a beam of energy erupts from a certain point on the ground, inflicting damage on any opponent standing on top of it.

-Devil's Portal: Raven creates a spheroid of energy surrounded by a swirling ray of energy. Will damage the opponent if it is touched and even negates projectiles.

-Telekinesis: Raven raises a hand and a cloud of dark energy materializes in front of her. If it appears where the opponent is, it will hold them in place, doing mild damage and letting Raven get an attack in. Can be summoned in these locations...

LIGHT: Just in front of Raven and at a lower altitude

MEDIUM: Higher up and at a similar distance to LIGHT

HEAVY: Further away and straight ahead

Throws

FORWARD: Raven locks her opponent in an aura of black energy, then detonates it to blast the opponent backward.

BACKWARD: Raven uses her telekinesis to slam the opponent into the ground, then slide them across the ground.

Super Moves:

-Blackbird: Raven spreads her arms, her cape flowing behind her, and a massive bird comprised of dark magic emerges from her shadow. The conjured beast flies forward, then turns and flies backward, and finally comes crashing down, creating an explosion of dark magic.

-Black Vortex: Raven puts forward a hand and creates a black-hole-like vortex in front of her. This vortex absorbs any and all projectiles that touch it. It can draw in close-range opponents and suspend them in midair, but the opponent suffers no damage and can still attack (as though they are in mid-jump). The vortex vanishes after a few seconds.

-Trigon's Legacy: Raven gains four, burning-orange eyes, her cape turns blood-red, and she gains a fiery aura in place of her traditional black one. In this state, her attacks do significantly more damage and gain a fiery edge to them. After a set time of five to ten seconds, Raven clutches her head and crumples to the ground, returning to her normal state and regaining control of herself.

*Trigon's Wrath: Attainable only in Trigon's Legacy. If the move makes direct contact, Raven opens a fiery portal to another realm and the opponent falls into a flaming abyss until they land. It is revealed to be the gigantic palm of Trigon's hand who gives them a look, then clenches his hand into a fist and crushes them in a fiery explosion. Almost a guaranteed one-hit KO.

FATALITIES:

-Fear the Dark: Raven's eyes turn bright red and tendrils of darkness reach for the opponent, stabbing them through the chest and arms and dragging them, kicking and screaming, towards Raven. Once they disappear under her shadow, an eerie quiet passes, then Raven pulls back to reveal that they have been eviscerated, paled, and bloodied in the shadows.

-One Day in Hell: Raven opens a portal below the opponent's feet and they fall into a dark dimension filled with fire, a dark-red sky, pitch-black earth, and demons that have surrounded them. As they realize their situation, the demons attack, tearing them limb-from-limb as they scream in agony. When the demons have had their way, half the opponent's face is ripped off, their midsection is hollowed out, and all of their limbs are gone.

Intro: A swirling portal of darkness opens and Raven emerges from it before raising her hands and coating them in dark magic.

Outro: Raven emits dark energy from her body that takes on the form of a giant blackbird with wings outstretched.

Prologue: The Teen Titans were among many of the DC Universe's hero teams to take note of the portals that were dotting the world around them. Some were willing to wait, but Raven had serious concerns in regards to their properties. If one opened in Trigon's realm or his prison, who knew how long it would take for him to wreak havoc across the multiverse? Not wanting to leave anything to chance, Raven ventured forth regardless of her team's warnings. She would meet the challenges of Death Battle head-on if it meant preventing Trigon's return to power.

Rival Cutscene:

(Atop an old, crumbling castle, Raven sits in a meditative pose, eyes closed. As she focuses her inner energies and devotes them to finding an answer...a flash of blood-red eyes flashes through her vision, snapping her out of the trance.)

Raven: (trying not to panic) He's still contained. There's no danger...yet. (perks up, then turns her head slightly) Someone else is here.

(Raven vanishes into a dark portal, reappearing in the shadows of the castle's interior. Her eyes fall on the newcomer...a winged unicorn gazing out the window.)

Twilight: No matter what spell I use, it just doesn't get any closer... What does this mean?

Raven: (emerges from shadows) I might be able to shed some light on that.

Twilight: GAH! (turns around and sees Raven) Y-You?!

Raven: Yeah...Me.

Twilight: How long have you been-Wait, you and me...We...and you...I was...GAH! Nothing is making sense!

Raven: Yeah. I don't know how you're alive...but I am glad you're okay at least.

Twilight: Huh?

Raven: I won't make excuses for it. I never should have let myself lose control like that. You don't have to forgive me, just know I'm sorry.

Twilight: (smiles) I'm from a species that prides itself on forgiveness and second chances. Of course I forgive you.

Raven: (taken slightly aback) Oh...Um...Great...Glad to hear it...

Twilight: Now come on. We have to try and find a way get to that tower. Maybe if I open up a portal-

Raven: That won't work. Believe me, I tried that already.

Twilight: Wha-?! UGH! What is with that tower?! What kind of spell IS this?!

Raven: Don't stress out. Stop and think. What made it get closer before?

Twilight: Okay, okay, let's see...I remember the last time that it got closer when I... (freezes up) Oh...Oh no, not another fight...

Raven: Tell me about it. Whoever's behind this must have a REALLY sick sense of humor.

Twilight: I really don't wanna fight you again...What if things escalate too far again?!

Raven: Only one way to do this, then. (hands glow with dark energies) Make sure that neither of us will die this time.

Twilight: Well...I suppose there's really no other option...All right. (horn glows) Though I have to ask...what was with those toys that looked like me and my friends?

Raven: ...I have no idea what you're talking about.

(fade to black)

Ending: Victorious over the Mastermind of Death Battle, Raven was quick to kill the power source of the otherworldly portals, returning to her teammates when the deed was done. Whispers of Trigon's shadow still lingered in the air and Raven couldn't afford to ignore it. Reaching through the many realms of existence, Raven found ways to contact the minds of many a hero and give them a dire warning--"Trigon is coming. Be prepared."
