Title: The Queen Diclonius

Bio: A member of the fast-growing Diclonius race, Lucy's life was nothing short of pure torture, stemming from constant abuse to a complete lack of restraint with her biological thrill with killing. After causing countless mass-murders, she was detained for years in a top-secret research facility. She escaped with some minor intervention, but a 50-cal bullet to the temple caused her to develop amnesia and revert to a passive and childlike persona called "Nyu". She was found by a few college students and brought to live at Maple House. While Nyu is harmless and gentle, every so often, Lucy will wrest control back to her and threaten all those around her.

Special Attacks:

-Vector Slice: Lucy lashes repeatedly with her vectors, rapidly slashing anything in a short reach of her.

-Vector Shield: Lucy create a semicircular vector shield around her front that neutralizes projectiles.

*Hi-Frequency Shield: Sacrificing some Super Meter, Lucy can actually reflect attacks back at the opponent rather than neutralize them.

-Vector Snare: Lucy reaches out with one of her vectors. On impact, it will damage the opponent while have a different action depending on the button used.

LIGHT: Long-reaching spear-attack that pushes the opponent back slightly.

MEDI: Briefly ensnares the opponent, rendering them unable to move for a split-second.

HEAVY: Grabs the opponent and pull them towards her.

-Vector Shock: Lucy slams her vectors down on the ground hard enough to launch her into the air and damage opponents in front of her. Useful for starting air-combos.

-Vector Cyclone: Lucy creates an upward vortex with her vectors, enabling her to catch opponents out of the air.

Throws

FORWARD: Lucy lifts the opponent with her vectors, then slashes them repeatedly before dumping them on the ground.

BACKWARD: Lucy picks the opponent up with her vector, then slams them in the ground and cuts them while they're down.

Super Moves:

-Vector Storm: Lucy shrieks as she unleashes a barrage of strikes from her vectors that are slightly bigger and notably stronger than a standard vector attack. They can hit opponents from further away, too, and hit at near machine-gun speeds.

-Extreme Frequency: Lucy's horns elongate and she gains a new fire in her eyes. In this state, her Vectors will reach farther than normal, inflict multiple hits for every single hit, and will inflict minor fire damage on impact.

*Diclonii Wrath: Usable only in Extreme Frequency. Lucy will lash out and, on a successful hit, roars as massive vectors burst from her back, reaching high into the sky, then rain back down on the enemy. When the last one hits the opponent, it creates an explosion big enough to leave a mushroom cloud. Once the attack finishes, Lucy will return to normal state.

FATALITIES:

-Diclonii Dissection: Using her vectors, Lucy suspends the opponent in the air by their neck. She then lops off their fingers in painful detail, then takes off their hands, then cuts off their arms at the shoulder. She then applies a similar strategy to their feet and legs before pulling the opponent in close, then smiling as she lops their head off.

-Three Hole Punch: Summoning a vector, Lucy lunges forward with it and punches a hole straight through the opponent's chest. As they reach up to clutch it, she punches again in a different spot, putting a hole opposite the previous and taking off their hand. With one last punch, the top half of the opponent shatters into pieces and their body falls to the floor, revealing its gaping lower half.

Intro: Lucy walks in, the camera panning up from her feet all the way to her face, her bangs lifting slightly to reveal a cold, hateful glare.

Outro: Lucy's Vectors waver into existence, reach toward the camera, then pull it in close to reveal an up-close shot of her smiling sadistically.

Prologue: All was peaceful for a small group of people living in Maple House. A horned girl named "Nyu" couldn't have been happier with the people she shared it with...awkward escapades notwithstanding. One night, while she was wandering the nearby seashore, a portal appeared and drew Nyu into its depths. As she tumbled through the vortex, she emerged and hit her head HARD. When she woke, Nyu was gone. In her place was her bloodthirsty and cruel alter-ego, Lucy. When she learned that the world of Death Battle was cruel and required killer instincts to survive...Lucy thought of it as "an old friend".

Rival Cutscene:

(In a prison cell, contrary to most parts of the World of Death Battle, several inmates ran for their lives. Trailing behind them was, oddly enough, not a hulking monster, but a girl with short horns and magenta hair. The inmates split up when they reached a fork, Lucy following the group that broke left. Using her vectors, she tears off an iron bar and hurls it at one of them, turning the jagged metal into a makeshift spear and impaling one of them through the chest. He hits the ground, dying, but the others don't slow down.)

Prisoner: DON'T LOOK BACK! JUST KEEP RUNNING! THAT THING'S GONNA KILL US!!!

(Suddenly, the body of their fellow lands in front of them and one trips while the other keeps going. Before the fallen inmate can get up, he gets a faceful of glass shards thrown into his face, causing him to fall to the ground, dead. The last inmate enters a large room, he bars the door as best he can and spots a dead guard with a submachine gun and grabs the weapon. When he sees another door opposite him and goes toward it, though, he hears more screams and stops.)

Prisoner: W-What in the hell is going on here-?!

(With a loud "bang", the doors fly open, revealing the girl. The inmate trips and falls back in surprise, but still has enough sense in him to point the gun at Lucy, who is steadily approaching him.)

Prisoner: (offscreen) Oh, God! GET AWAY FROM ME!

(Lucy doesn't stop and, screaming in both fear and fury, he fires the MP5 at full auto. Not one bullet hit Lucy. In fact, each bullet seemed to bounce off some invisible force. Just a few seconds later and the gun clicks empty. He only has time to realize the futility of his effort before his head flies off his body.)

????: Wha-?! Alright, who's hoggin' all the fun?

(Hearing the voice, Lucy walks closer to the door. She's met with a sinister creature the color of fresh blood and with razor-sharp fangs and claws. The creature, Carnage, gives her a good luck, then speaks with an amused-sounding tone.)

Carnage: Well, well, well...Lookie what we got here. Long time no see, Lucy-Lu! I see you're still as bloodthirsty as ever.

Lucy: ...You want to die, too?

Carnage: HA! Good one! You got lucky last time, girly, but guess what? Carnage has got a few new tricks!

(Suddenly, red tendrils burst from the ground and reach for Lucy, only for them to freeze before they can touch her.)

Lucy: These are your new tricks? That's too bad.

(One-by-one, the tendrils burst like blood-filled balloons. Casting a glance at Carnage, Lucy reaches out with a vector and creates a large gash in his chest. Carnage yelps in surprise and staggers, but the yelp quickly turns into laughter.)

Carnage: Ha! Is that all ya got? A little papercut like this?

(As he says this, Carnage's wound pulls itself back together until it's as good as gone.)

Carnage: Cmon now, Lucy-Lu. (forms an axe on his hand) Give me your BEST shot.

(Lucy's face twists into a sadistic grin.)

Lucy: As. You. Wish.

(As Carnage lunges again, Lucy forms several of her vectors, poised to reach, grab, rip and tear...Fade to black)

Ending: Lucy effortlessly destroyed the Mastermind of Death Battle with little more than a casual flick of her mind. At first, she was of a mind to go back home to Maple House and Kouta...The name itself brought back horrific memories of her actions and the pain that she had inflicted on someone who just wanted to be her friend. Regret stung at her soul and soon gave way to despair before finally manifesting as acceptance. Lucy knew what she had to do now. She got as many back to their homeworlds as she could, then shut the portals to the multiverse and stayed behind in the world of Death Battle. Here, she could not hurt anyone anymore, Kouta least of all. The most fitting punishment for one who keeps killing even when they don't mean to--isolation until death's release.
