Name: Spyro

Title: The Champion of Dragonkind
Bio: Prophecy spoke of a purple dragon that would become a legendary hero, but the dark dragon Malefor sought to destroy it before he began. Special Attacks:
-Horn Charge: Spyro charges forward, head lowered, to ram the opponent with his horns.
-Mystic Swipe: Spyro spins his body to hit the opponent with his tail.
-Dragon Breath: His primary ranged attack, Spyro uses one of three different breaths to damage faraway foes.
Lightning Breath: Spits lightning that has the quickest speed and a chance to stun the opponent.
Fire Breath: Spits fire that has long reach and a chance to inflict burn damage to the opponent.
Ice Breath: Spits a ball of ice that has mild homing features and a chance to freeze the opponent in place.
-Glide: In midair, Spyro can use his wings to sail forward at a slight, descending angle.
*Headbash: While using Glide, Spyro falls straight to the ground, horns aimed downward to damage opponents below him.
-Wing Shield: Spyro puts his wings in front of him for a short while, reflecting any projectile that hits him. He is still vulnerable to physical attacks in this state and will exit the stance if he's damaged.
Throws
FORWARD: Spyro smashes his head into the opponents, then he hooks them on his horns and hauls them into the air.
BACKWARD: Spyro charges past the opponent, knocking them into the air, then tail-whips them away as they fall back down.
Super Moves:
-Aether Breath: Spyro gathers massive magical power in his body, then opens his mouth and emits a stream of purplish, magical energy that spans the length of the stage. After using this attack, Spyro will go through a somewhat-lengthy recovery animation as he catches his breath and shakes the cobwebs from his head.
-Sparx: A glowing, yellow dragonfly buzzes around Spyro's head and acts as a temporary shield to him. The next few hits that Spyro suffers will be cushioned, Sparx changing colors as he does so (blue to green to red). When he has taken enough hits, Sparx will turn yellow again and fly off-screen.
-Dragon Arts: Spyro charges and, if he successfully headbutts the opponent, he will create an explosion of fire that sends them skyward. While the opponent is in midair, he will call down lightning to spear them back down to Earth. As they try to get up, Spyro freezes them in a spire of ice, then jumps in the air and turns into a massive ball of rock and spikes, rolling at the opponent and smashing their icy prison, sending them flying backward to land in a heap.
FATALITIES:
-Barbecue: Spyro charges at the opponent at very high speeds, impaling them with his horns. As they grasp at him, trying to pull free, Spyro will ignite them with a blast of fire-breath. Thrashing and screaming, the opponent is unable to free themselves of Spyro's impalement and steadily go limp. When their struggles cease, Spyro bucks them off his horns, leaving them a burned husk.
-Atomic Accelerator: Spyro's scales turn pitch-dark and his eyes turn white and featureless. He says "Game Over", then dashes behind the opponent, opens his mouth and unleashes a colossal beam of Aether. The opponent only has time to look behind them before they get caught in the blast and they fall apart on a molecular level, appearing to dissolve in the flow of the blast.
Intro: Spyro glides onto the stage, then makes a perfect landing, then smiles and crouches, ready to fight.
Outro: Spyro smirks, then takes a running start and takes off into the sky.

Theme Song: Opening Theme from "Spyro the Dragon"
_________________________________________________________________________________________
Prologue: The Realm of Dragons had known peace for years, but that peace would be disturbed by a force none of them had ever seen--a series of dark portals, unknown in origin. Fearing they would be a danger to the peace he had fought so long and hard to return to the realm, Spyro and his friend Sparx took it on themselves to face what challenges lay beyond the portals' depths. Upon stepping in, Spyro was plunged into the world of Death Battle.
Rival Cutscene:
(Spyro flies over a vast coastal jungle, eyes scouring the area. After seeing the tower in the distance not getting any closer, Spyro sighs and goes in for a landing. Sparx, his dragonfly companion, flies over and "talks" in a series of buzzes.)
Spyro: I know, I know...But what do you want me to do?
(Sparx buzzes in an "I dunno" fashion.)
Spyro: *sighs* Yeah...I'm stumped too.
(Spyro is about to enter a clearing when he spots two figures he recognizes and ducks back behind cover. He peeks out and his eyes narrow.)
Spyro: That bandicoot again-wait..."again?" Where have I met him before?
(Sparx emits a faint buzzing that Spyro understands.)
Spyro: Yeah, I have the feeling I've met him...and he killed you.
(Sparx makes a startled, buzzy yelping sound.)
Spyro: I don't know either. Just stay behind me and I'll take care of him before he pulls a fast one on us.
(Sparx buzzes his affirmation, then sticks close to Spyro who darts out from his cover and spits a stream of fire at the mutated bandicoot before him. His preemptive strike is interrupted when a tribal, wooden mask flies between Crash and the fire, parting it on contact. When it clears, Crash is completely unharmed and peeking from a frozen reel in fright. Realizing his strike has failed, Spyro walks in and starts talking his game.)
Spyro: I thought I smelled something familiar. Seriously, you're in need of a shower.
(Leaving his "reeling" position, Crash realizes what Spyro has said and growls with a very visible twitch in his eye.)
Aku Aku: It seems your next opponent is one you have faced before. Try to apply what you learned last time, and see if you can come out on top. Can you do that?
(Crash looks at Aku Aku, then nods and puts up a fist. Spyro crouches, ready to charge, then the screen fades to black.)
Ending: Successful in the defeat of the Mastermind of Death Battle, Spyro aided in a new miracle--the creation of several small worlds known as the SkyLands. When these minor worlds were under siege, Spyro was one of many new champions that could be summoned to defend the lands. Difference was that this time, he wasn't alone. Through his efforts in Death Battle, other heroes proved worthy to stand beside him in the defense of the lands.
