Bio: Orphaned at a young age and born with two tails, Miles Prower was the victim of constant bullying because of his status and deformity. Then one day, he came across an airplane and fine-tuned it until its owner showed up. Turned out the plane belonged to Sonic the Hedgehog, Miles’ personal idol. Rather than get mad, Sonic was genuinely impressed with the fox’s mechanical talent and took him in as his best friend and partner. Sonic gave Miles his personal nickname of “Tails” and even taught him how to use his two tails to fly.

Special Attacks:

-Magic Hand: Tails pulls an extendable boxing-glove device from his nonexistent pockets and fires it in one of three fashions...

LIGHT: The glove rockets straight at the opponent, covering a lot of ground very quickly

MEDI: Plants the glove into the ground, then springs it from the ground to uppercut the opponent

HEAVY: Swings it to have the glove curl around him to surprise close-range opponents and sock them to the other side of the ring

-Gadget Time: Tails pulls out a random gadget and, depending on the button used, it will perform a different function.

*Medi-Bot: Slowly rebuilds Tails’ health, though it will break after a short time and requires Tails to be in its field to work.

*Shield-Bot: Momentarily protects Tails from harm and neutralizes projectiles.

*Mine-Bot: Hovers in the air until the opponent touches it, which causes it to detonate in their face.

-Shock Cannon: Tails creates a Mega Man-esque arm cannon and fires a sphere of electricity at the opponent. Can stun the opponent on contact.

-Bombardment: Tails will pull a random bomb and hurl it at his opponent, each with different effects (all can be used in mid-flight, too)

*Frag: A standard-appearing bomb that does regular damage. Can be chained up to three times.

*Flashbang: Does little damage, but stuns the enemy, leaving them immobile for a split-second.

*Mouse Bomb: Tails drops a windup mouse, which rolls forward across the ground. If it touches the enemy, it detonates.

-Grapple Ring: Tails will throw a golden ring that can either latch onto a wall/ceiling and zipline him across the stage or latch onto his opponent and pull them to him, damaging them in the process.

-Turbine Twirl: Tails uses his tails to propel himself forward and slam into the opponent with the option to swipe at them with his tails as a follow-up.

Throws

FORWARD: Tails grabs the opponent, flies both of them into the air, then slams the opponent into the ground.

BACKWARD: Tails takes a device, then swings it behind him to reveal it's the spring-loaded boxing glove. It hits the opponent from behind and knocks them behind Tails.

Super Moves:

-Tornado Assault: Tails dashes toward the opponent and, on a successful hit, hops into the air and lands in the cockpit of a blue biplane. The plane circles around, then unleashes a rain of bullets on the opponent before dropping a bomb on them. When it’s all done, Tails hops out of the cockpit and lands back on the ground.

-Cyclone: Tails calls down the Tornado, which turns into a bipedal walker, and hops into its cockpit. He commands “Fire!” and unleashes gunfire and torpedoes before a giant laser bursts from the plane’s cannon.

FATALITIES:

-Deadly Tornado: Tails lands the Tornado, but keeps the propeller going, flies out of the cockpit, then picks his opponent up into the air. The opponent struggles, but ultimately gets shoved face-first into the propeller, which grinds their face into pieces. When enough has been knocked off, Tails discards their body onto the ground.

-Newest Invention: Tails pulls what appears to be a giant plug of sorts and jams the prongs into the opponent's eye sockets. As they struggle to pull it out, Tails reveals it's attached to a strange box and flips a switch. The device turns out to be an electric generator, for it causes electricity to surge through the body until the head explodes in a shower of blood. Tails marks it off as a success as the opponent's body falls to the ground, neck still smoking.

Intro: Tails hovers down to the ground, using his tails as a helicopter. When he touches down, he puts up his dukes and nods in determination.

Outro: Tails jumps, pumping a fist into the air, then takes off via his tails with a smile on his face.

Prologue: Hot on the heels of Sonic the Hedgehog in another of their high-speed adventures, the young fox noticed that an energy signature reader was going haywire. He made to get Sonic's attention when a portal appeared in front of them. Tails managed to stop in time, but Sonic didn't and vanished into its depths. With his hero appearing to have vanished off the face of the planet, Tails took it on himself to find his hero and save the day in his place.

Rival Cutscene:

(In a spooky mansion, Tails looks down at the lit screen of a handheld device. On further inspection, it's some kind of radar, showing the distance between himself and the powerful signature at the center of the realm.)

Tails: I think the fastest way to the center is through this mansion, but...either I'm walking in place or that place keeps moving the closer I get. (puts a hand to his chin) I can only remember one time it got closer and that was when-

(A door slams shut in a room not far from Tails' position, causing him to jump in surprise. He bolts through the closest open door and takes out a flashlight, appearing on a balcony.)

Tails: Huh? Who's there?

(There comes a yelp and Tails turns on his flashlight before aiming it down. It reveals none other than the younger of the Mario Bros.)

Tails: Oh! It's you again! (flies down, then nervously asks...) Uh...no hard feelings, right?

(Luigi shrugs and makes a noise that likely means "I guess not".)

Tails: Good news, I guess. Now, wanna know about your-er, our current situation?

(Luigi nods with an "mm-hm" and Tails pulls out a device.)

Tails: Well, I've been monitoring my location and that of the huge signature at the very center. For the most part, that tower off in the distance just stays out of reach.

(Luigi nods with an interested sound.)

Tails: It basically means that, unless we win a fight against someone in the immediate area, we'll just keep going in circles. In other words, we have to fight and the winner gets to advance.

(Luigi jumps back, teeth chattering.)

Tails: Uh? Is something wrong?

(Luigi utters fast-paced, Italian-sounding gibberish...that Tails can somehow understand.)

Tails: You don't want to fight? (Luigi shakes his head) Well, you've made it this far, right? (Luigi, shakily, nods) Well, then you have two options--beat me in a good spar and keep going forward or we both stay here.

(Luigi weighs his options, then sighs reluctantly and says "I do it!")

Tails: It's settled then. If you win, I stay behind and try to find someone else. If I win, I go on and, hopefully, solve all this. You ready?

(Luigi nods with a newfound courage and says "Oh yeah! Luigi time!")

Ending: Tails was ultimately successful, not just in finding Sonic (who was doing surprisingly-well), but in stopping the one behind all the interdimensional chaos. Upon returning, Tails revealed that he had picked up a few technological pointers from various opponents and fine-tuned the Tornado to be a faster, tougher, and better-armed vehicle than it ever was before. Impressed, Sonic was eager to give it a test run. With Tails in the cockpit and Sonic atop its wing, the Tornado took off through the sky, proving to Sonic that Tails was as reliable and inventive as always.
