Bio: Originally chosen by the Elder Gods to be guardian of Outworld and adviser to the Dragon King Onaga, Shao Kahn instead decided to ally with the Dragon King and wage a conquest upon the realms, conquering them one by one. Shao Kahn then poisoned Onaga and took control of the Dragon King's empire, continuing his takeover of realms, including the most respected and powerful realm of Edenia. His conquest of Earthrealm failed and resulted in his own demise, but Kahn would return time and time again, yearning to obain the power of Armageddon and conquer all realms.

Special Attacks:

-Wrath Hammer: Shao Kahn pulls out and swings his warhammer at the opponent in three different varieties. It's useful for breaking through defenses, because blocking the hammer will make opponents stagger.

LIGHT: Swings it upward to send the opponent flying into the air.

MEDIUM: Swings it horizontally to send them flying back.

HEAVY: Swings it down to smash opponents into the ground and create a short-range shockwave.

-Charging Spikes: Shao Kahn rams into the the opponent with his should at high speeds, sending them flying back.

-Upward Shoulder: Shao Kahn charges upward and juggles the opponent in the air with shoulder strikes 3 times whilst glowing green with energy.

-Light Spear: Shao Kahn forms a spear from green energy and hurls it at the opponent.

-Emperor's Shield: Shao Kahn raises his hand and creates a green energy shield that reflects any projectiles that fly at him. Requires precise timing.

-Hammer Throw: Shao Kahn throws his Wrath Hammer in a boomerang fashion, the hammer able to stagger on direct hits and push back blocking opponents.

FORWARD: Shao Kahn lifts the opponent up by the neck, then punches them three times in the gut before slamming them on the ground.

BACKWARD: Shao Kahn lifts the opponent by the neck, then slams them on the ground behind him and smashes them with his hammer.

Super Moves:

-Soulnado: Shao Kahn summons a green aura around his body, which flares out into a whirling, spiraling tornado of dark magic. It is especially effective against point-blank or airborne enemies, dealing multiple strikes on impact.

-Wrath of Kahn: Shao Kahn reaches out and, if he makes contact, will grab the opponent by the throat and crush their windpipe twice. He'll then throw the opponent to the ground, put his foot on them, and smash them repeatedly with his Wrath Hammer. After six good hits, he'll toss them into the air and smash them away with his hammer.

FATALITIES:

-Double Down: Shao Kahn laughs wickedly, then thrusts both his hands into the opponent's chest and pulls violently. The opponent screaming all the way through, he rips their ribcage in two, followed swiftly by the rest of their body, leaving the two halves to fall to the ground.

-Deadly Swing: Shao Kahn summons the Wrath Hammer into his grip, then swings low to smash the opponent's legs free from their body. He does it again and the lower body is smashed to pieces. Taking a pose not unlike a golfer, he swings the Wrath Hammer at the opponent's head, causing it to fly off the neck and roll across the ground, leaving a trail of blood.

Intro: Shao Kahn walks into the battlefield carrying his warhammer over his shoulder, then slams the hammer on the ground and teleports it away before taking a combat stance.

Outro: Shao Kahn laughs in victory before taking a seat on his throne and staring at the player with a smile of pride and amusement on his face.

Prologue: Beaten once again by the forces of Earthrealm, Shao Kahn sat upon his throne on Outworld with a bitter attitude. He had come so close to claiming yet another realm under his rule, but was thwarted once again by his long-standing enemy, Raiden. Kahn's luck was sure to change, however, when his spies and comrades informed him of bizarre portals that were not of the Elder Gods' creation or of any Outworld magic. Shao Kahn, amused by this anomaly, sensed great power and potential awaiting him on the other side and ventured forth to claim this new world in the name of his mighty empire.

Rival Cutscene:

(Shao Kahn makes his way down an ancient, stone hallway. Light is soon visible and when Kahn passes the threshold, he finds himself in an ancient-looking coliseum.)

Shao Kahn: Ah, this world truly is intriguing. It resembles my own coliseums. (looks around, noticing that it's empty) A pity there is no audience to witness my next battle.

???: Perhaps it is a blessing, then, so that no one can see you lose?

(Shao Kahn whirls around and raises a hand, catching a pulsating sphere of violet energy in his palm. The sphere swiftly fades to a greenish-color before it shatters like glass in Kahn's grip. From above, a man gently hovers to the ground, touching his feet down.)

Shao Kahn: Well, if it isn't Bison. Have you come to, once again, suffer a painful death at my hands?

M. Bison: Heh. I underestimated you before, "mighty emperor", but that is a mistake I am not inclined to make twice. (holds up a hand that's alight with Psycho Power) This time, I will show you the true and unbridled strength of my Psycho Power!

Shao Kahn: It appears you have learned nothing, Bison. (summons Wrath Hammer) I look forward to crushing you once again!

(Shao Kahn hoists the hammer at swing-ready position, glowing with green magic, while Bison laces both of his fists with Psycho Power. Fade to black.)

Ending: Not long after Shao Kahn's victory in Death Battle, the spire at the very center of the world was restructured to be a palace fit for a king. Shao Kahn sat upon the throne, gifted with new power from the souls he had absorbed, extending his iron grip to realm after realm. Not even Lord Raiden could keep the Emperor of the Multiverse at bay for long, especially since Kahn absorbed the soul of the Thunder God who bested him in the past. A dark age was beginning--one the Multiverse likely could not resist.
