Title: Spawn of Venom

Bio: A serial killer and mass-murderer with eleven consecutive life-sentences, Cletus Kasady seemed destined to rot in jail alongside his cellmate Eddie Brock, also known as the common host of the Venom Symbiote. The symbiotic creature broke Eddie out of prison, but actually spawned another while it did so. This new symbiote bonded to Kasady, and both merged so efficiently that the newly-formed creature referred to itself as a single entity--a stark contrast to Venom's duality. Now, Carnage is considered one of the most bloodthirsty and vicious creatures to plague the Marvel Universe and has required Spider-Man and Venom's combined strength to overcome.

Special Attacks:

-Bloodlust Frenzy: Carnage rushes forward, hands enlarging to become massive claws and slashes like crazy until he crosses a specific distance.

-Symbiote Darts: Carnage lobs pieces of himself at the opponent, the pieces taking a different form.

LIGHT: Throws a single, fast-moving spear at the opponent. Does little damage, but has a wide range.

MEDI: Throws five darts in rapid succession, which are useful for pushing enemies back.

HEAVY: Throws a double-bladed axe that can hit repeatedly until it exits the stage.

-Lethal Lashes: Carnage throws out a blood-red tendril either up at an angle, straight forward, or above him. On contact with the opponent, he will pull them closer to him and slash at them with a heavy-looking bio-axe.

-Tendril Terror: Carnage spreads his arms and a mass of symbiotic tendrils whirl around the immediate area around him, lashing any opponent too close to him.

-Symbiote Slash: Carnage swings with a weapon depending on what button is pressed.

LIGHT: A sword that has a long reach, but does moderate damage.

MEDI: Long talons that hit five times on impact, though it has a relatively-short range.

HEAVY: An axe that hits the ground, creating a small shockwave on impact, but has significant windup time.

Throws

FORWARD: Carnage picks the opponent up by the throat with his tendrils, then stabs them repeatedly before slamming them violently on the ground.

BACKWARD: Carnage pins the opponent to the ground, then slashes them repeatedly with his claws before springing off.

Super Moves:

-Red Rain: Carnage shoots several tendrils into the air from his chest and arms, then rains down several spearheads attached to the tendrils. This attack can span the entire stage and hit repeatedly, but is not as effective if blocked or if the opponent is on the far end of the stage. After the attack goes through, the tendrils retreat back into Carnage's body.

-Pendulum: Carnage puts his hands together and forms a giant crescent-shaped blade, then spins his whole body like a top, making himself into a giant buzz-saw that will repeatedly hit the opponent and carry him a short distance. He will finish the attack by hauling the pendulum into the air, turning it into a giant battleaxe and slamming it to the ground and shattering it to pieces.

-Maximum Carnage: Carnage lashes out with his claws and, on successful contact, will slash the opponent repeatedly, changing weapons with every few swipes--axes, scythes, claws. He eventually lassos the opponent around the neck and swings them high into the air, then slams them on the ground before jumping over them and raining down crimson daggers.

FATALITIES:

-Carnage Virus: Carnage slashes the opponent across the chest and, as they stagger back in pain, hurls a fragment of himself at their chest that sinks into their bloodstream. The opponent then screams in agony as their body begins to tear apart at varying points, Carnage's blades bursting free of their body and blood spurting everywhere. Their head splits open before bursting to pieces, revealing a shrieking, sharp-toothed symbiote head.

-Taste of Blood: Carnage clasps a hand over the opponent's mouth, force-feeding them part of his symbiote body. Muffled screams erupt from their mouth as bladed tendrils rip through their abdomen, flailing like worms, then burst out their back in a similar fashion. Last but not least, they burst from their skull, causing them to go limp in Carnage's grip.

Intro: Cletus Kasady walks in with an insane grin and a slight twitch, then a blood-like substance forms over him, turning him into Carnage who shows off his sharp claws.

Outro: Carnage holds up his hands, as though admiring his handiwork, then rears backward, tendrils flaring from his body.

Prologue: Sentenced to a lifetime of solitary confinement, Cletus Kasady was bound and gagged to ensure he could not shed any of his own blood and thus unleash the symbiotic monster lurking within his very veins. The sentence was almost enough to break him...key word being "almost", had fate decided not to throw him a wildcard. A portal opened before him and dragged him in with its gravitic force, binds and all. Upon impact with hard ground, a small cut opened on his arm. Mere seconds later and the monster known as Carnage was reborn and ready to wreak havoc on this world of Death Battle.

Rival Cutscene:

(Inside of a prison, contrary to that of other combatants, several people in orange inmate uniforms are running for their lives. Behind them, two of their number have been cut down and lay, bleeding, on the floor. Another, on the other hand, has been hauled off the ground by the tendrils of someone neither man nor beast--a swirling mass of red and black with fangs and claws.)

Prisoner: No! Nononono! Please! HAVE MERCY!

(The prisoner's reward to his plea? An axe blade right to his skull. His body goes limp and the tendrils release him while the beast, Carnage, retracts the blade and returns it to its hand-like shape.)

Carnage: Ah, I love the sound of cries for mercy in the morning. (calls out to the prisoners) Okay, boys, it's your turn now! Come out, come out wherever you are!

Prisoner: (offscreen) Oh, God! GET AWAY FROM ME!

Carnage: Oh? So that's where they went? Hang on, kiddies! Daddy Carnage is comin'!

(Carnage swiftly turns the corner and busts down a door, only to be met with a gruesome sight--every inmate in the room, dead, save for one firing an MP5 at full auto until it clicked empty. A split-second later and his head flies off his body.)

Carnage: Wha-?! Alright, who's hoggin' all the fun?

(Carnage's answer comes when a person walks into his line of sight--a girl with magenta hair and two horns protruding from her head. More ominous still were the cold, lifeless eyes peering out from behind her bangs and the fact that her clothes were dotted with bloodstains.)

Carnage: Well, well, well...Lookie what we got here. Long time no see, Lucy-Lu! I see you're still as bloodthirsty as ever.

Lucy: ...You want to die, too?

Carnage: HA! Good one! You got lucky last time, girly, but guess what? Carnage has got a few new tricks!

(Suddenly, red tendrils burst from the ground and reach for Lucy, only for them to freeze before they can touch her.)

Lucy: These are your new tricks? That's too bad.

(One-by-one, the tendrils burst like blood-filled balloons. Casting a glance at Carnage, Lucy reaches out with a vector and creates a large gash in his chest. Carnage yelps in surprise and staggers, but the yelp quickly turns into laughter.)

Carnage: Ha! Is that all ya got? A little papercut like this?

(As he says this, Carnage's wound pulls itself back together until it's as good as gone.)

Carnage: Cmon now, Lucy-Lu. (forms an axe on his hand) Give me your BEST shot.

(Lucy's face twists into a sadistic grin.)

Lucy: As. You. Wish.

(As Carnage lunges again, Lucy forms several of her vectors, poised to reach, grab, rip and tear...Fade to black)

Ending: Successful in butchering the Mastermind of Death Battle, Carnage found a sinister new use for the multidimensional portals that were now at his fingertips. He would send bits and pieces of his symbiote to every corner of the multiverse in what he called "sharing the joy". The symbiotes would find psychopathic murderers across the multiverse and bond to them, turning them into even more fearsome killing machines than they ever were before. Better yet, Carnage could watch it all like the mother of all game shows. It...was...beautiful.
