Bio: A reporter on the verge of great success, Eddie Brock had his life turned upside-down when he put out a story blaming someone as a serial killer, only to be proven wrong when Spider-Man caught the real criminal. When his life fell apart afterward, Eddie swore revenge on the Spider-Man for ruining him and, by sheer coincidence, found an alien symbiote that had previously bonded to the wall-crawler. The two's mutual hatred allowed them to bond and form a fearsome creature known to all as Venom, claiming to be poison to Spider-Man.

Special Attacks:

-Venom Web: Venom shoots a stream of black web either straight up, angled to the upper corner, or straight forward. If it hits an opponent, he will pull them towards him.

-Symbiote Fang: Venom slams the ground with an open palm as part of the symbiote travels across the ground and comes up in the form of a snapping maw of teeth. The stronger the attack button, the more distance it will cover.

-Venom Strike: Venom springs at the opponent in an arch pattern, transforming into a blob of black with a huge, gaping mouth that snaps at the opponent like a shark.

-Venom Bind: Venom fires a blob of black substance at the opponent and, while it does minimal damage, it will bind them in place until they button-mash free or Venom attacks them.

-Symbiotic Spawn: Venom pulls a piece of symbiote off himself and drops it to the ground. It crawls towards the opponent like a spider and, if it gets in-range, will snap at the opponent's feet. Will melt away if the opponent avoids it long enough.

Throws

FORWARD: Venom sinks his sharp teeth into the opponent's shoulder, then shakes them back and forth like a dog before tossing them away.

BACKWARD: Venom uses tendrils of black matter to hold the opponent still while he punches them a few times, then whips them behind him.

Super Moves:

-Symbiotic Network: Venom hunches over, arms pulled in close and the symbiote flaring outward slightly, then reels back and spreads his arms. Tendrils of symbiotic tissue fire out in every direction, spanning the whole stage and impaling the opponent multiple times. After a few seconds, he will pull the tendrils back into his body and let the opponent fall (if they haven't blocked).

-Poison Fang: Venom crouches, then forms a giant, tooth-riddled mouth on a long "neck". The jaws then lash out at the opponent and snap at them like a mad dog, damaging the opponent with each bite. After about 7 bites, all at varying speeds, the neck will retract and the mouth will melt, leaving Venom back in his normal condition.

-Venom Beast: Venom lunges forward and, if he hits successfully, will transform into a giant, four-legged and three-headed monster. Pinning them under a clawed hand, he relentlessly beats down upon them before lunging with one of its heads. When the combo ends, Venom is back to his regular self while the opponent is flat-out on their back and heavily-damaged.

FATALITIES:

-Symbiotic Feast: Venom crouches down on all fours and sends black substance across the floor. When it goes just under the opponent's feet, a "head" of sorts with a mouthful of teeth springs out and clamps down on the opponent's hand. Another grabs their opposite hand, and two others still bite down on their midsection. Venom then rushes them, grabs their head, and uses his sharp teeth to rip chunks off their face. After using his long tongue to lick his mouth clean of blood, he turns and lets the other "heads" to feast, tearing the opponent to shreds.

-Symbiotic Nightmare: Venom fires a net of black webbing that straps the opponent to the ground by their arms and legs. As they watch in horror, Venom transforms into a massive, swirling mass of tar-like substance with thrashing tentacles, soulless "eyes", and a great maw of sharp teeth. The symbiote screeches, then bites the opponent's upper body, ripping them in two and leaving behind their arms and legs. It then tosses its head back to swallow the torso whole and emits a screech-like roar in victory.

Intro: Eddie Brock walks into the arena as a black substance oozes its way up his body. Once it reaches his head, he opens a maw of sharp teeth and snarls.

Outro: Venom holds out a hand, a small, swirling blob of symbiote. The camera then pans close to his face, revealing he's wearing a large, sinister, toothy grin.

Prologue: Eddie Brock, defeated once again by Spider-Man, the one who ruined his life, sat and waited in prison. He had been long-separated from the thing that had given him power--the symbiote. Just as he thought that he had truly hit rock-bottom, a portal opened beneath his feet and drew him into the world of Death Battle. Upon arriving in this alternate universe, Brock found what he had long yearned to reunite with, and bonded with the symbiote once again, creating the monster known to all as Venom.

Rival Cutscene:

(Venom is swinging through a darkened city, then lands on a building, crawling along its side as he scouted the area.)

Venom: This power...it's been far too long since we were one. And what's REAL good is that our strength CONTINUES to grow with each opponent we crush!

(Venom jumps down to a street lamp, then springs off again toward a dark alley. He peeks around a corner, then grins as he spies a familiar, muscular figure near a broken-down truck.)

Venom: (under breath) HE'S our next opponent? This'll be cake...

(Venom swings just over the figure's head, then agilely sticks a perfect landing, standing face-to-face with his past opponent, Bane. The wrestler seems to be mildly surprised.)

Venom: Well, look what we have here...NOW things are getting too easy for us!

Bane: Veneno...we meet again. (crosses arms) My memory has been returning, including the humiliation you subjected me to!

Venom: We can't help it if you're too weak to fight us. You have one of two choices--lie down and make this easy on yourself, or fight us and die a slow, painful death!

Bane: I have another idea, Veneno.

(Bane suddenly grabs a truck behind him, hauls it over his head, and slams it down on Venom, who vanishes underneath it.)

Bane: That's where I walk away from your broken body.

(Bane almost turns, until the truck lifts off the ground, revealing Venom is holding it up.)

Venom: Didn't we just make this clear? (hauls the truck behind him, where it crashes) There is no THIRD option. Only death.

Bane: (adjusts a valve of venom on his arm) Then I will make sure it is YOUR death, then. (muscles grow slightly and veins become more noticeable)

(Fade to black.)

Ending: Starting on the day Venom overthrew the Mastermind of Death Battle, an era of darkness loomed as the Venom symbiote spawned others like itself, each offspring bearing his murderous mentality and desire for power. Finding new hosts across multiple dimensions, the symbiotes would spread to countless worlds, conquering them all by bonding symbiotes to its strongest inhabitants and forming armies to further their reach. All would answer only to one--the first Venom symbiote would have them at his beck and call.
