Name: Blastoise
Age: Unknown
Race: Pokemon
Title: The Shellfish Pokemon
Bio: The final evolved form of the starter Pokemon, Squirtle, Blastoise is a stubborn, lone-fighter type of warrior, but is not impossible to train. The rockets on its back can be used to rocket it forward to increase its tackles or shoot water with enough force to punch through thick steel at a maximum distance of 160 feet.
Costume 1: Traditional Appearance
Costume 2: Mega Blastoise
Costume 3: Blastoise clone from “Pokemon: The First Movie”
Costume 4: Venustoise
Costume 5: Shiny Blastoise
Voice Actor: Eric Stuart
Special Attacks:
-Rapid Spin: Blastoise withdraws into its shell and flies forward, spinning in midair like a discus to repeatedly strike opponents. In this brief period of time, Blastoise is immune to projectiles or ground-based attacks.
-Skull Bash: Blastoise gets down on all fours, then rockets forward to headbutt the enemy. A successful hit will wallbounce the opponent.
-Water Gun: Blastoise shoots a bullet of water from his cannons. The angle can be changed with the button pressed and it can be chained up to three times.
-Water Pulse: Blastoise creates a pulse wave from its cannons. While short-range, it has the potential to stun the enemy if successfully-landed.
-Withdraw: Blastoise draws its limbs and cannon into its shell. This state drastically reduces damage taken, but Blastoise cannot attack or move while performing it.
Throws
FORWARD: Blastoise headbutts the opponent, stunning them, then shoulder tackles them strong enough to land them on their back.
BACKWARD: Blastoise dashes past the enemy, then springs backward to slam its shell into their back.
Super Moves:
-Rain Dance: Blastoise fires a blast of water into the air and rain starts pouring down. For a brief period of time, fire attacks will weaken, and water- and electric-based moves will strengthen significantly.
-Iron Defense: Blastoise grunts in effort, turning its body a shiny, metallic color. For the next few seconds, he will have reduced damage and be unable to flinch, though he will still be vulnerable to launching, stage hazards, elemental effects and status ailments.
-Hydro Pump: Blastoise hurls across the stage in a rapid-spin and, if he connects, he will emerge from his shell and blast twin powerful streams of water from his cannons at point blank, landing many hits at once. When it finishes, the opponent is clear on the other side of the stage.
FATALITIES:
-Hydro-Blaster: Blastoise takes aim with its cannons and fires a long stream of pressurized water at the opponent. The water hits the opponent hard enough to peel their flesh from their bones (with gruesome detail) and turn the water red with their own blood at times. When the water dies down, the opponent's entire upper body is stripped of flesh and blood (save for their arms from the elbow-down). Their knees buckle and leave them in a perpetual kneeling position.
-Watercutter: Blastoise fires water from his cannons up into the air, then narrows down the streams of water until they're very small before aiming the hyper-condensed streams down, right down through the opponent's shoulders, the opponent screaming in pain as the water stream cuts right through their body. When the cutters stop flowing, the opponent falls into three pieces, blood oozing across the floor.
Intro: A Pokeball gets thrown into the arena and releases Blastoise in a burst of white light. On appearing, it pops out its cannons and grunts in a way that says “come get some”.
Outro: Blastoise takes a proud stance, then unleashes a blast of water from its cannons.
Stage: Seafoam Islands
Theme Song: Pokemon: Gold Battle Theme from Super Smash Bros Brawl

Prologue: When the portals appeared in the Pokemon world, three elite trainers were selected to venture into their depths, armed with only one Pokemon. One trainer, hailing from Cerulean City, took up the ownership of the Water Pokemon, Blastoise. With the power of the roaring tides at their command, Pokemon and Trainer went to war.
Rival Cutscene:
On a tropical shore, waves of seawater crashing against the palm-riddled sand, two Trainers strode into each other's line of vision. One adorned in the colors of the ocean around them, the other wearing green like grass. No words needed to be said, for a battle was imminent.
The first in blue threw their Pokeball into the center of the clearing and, in a burst of light, Blastoise emerged. The turtle-like beast roared its challenge as two cannons emerged, one from each shoulder.
The rival in green threw their own Pokeball, Venusaur emerging from a similar burst of light. The beast stomped the ground, then roared back at Blastoise in a show of courage.
Two Trainers.
Two Pokemon.
One Winner.
Ending: Trainers from around the globe gathered to try and test their skills against the new champion of their world. They had not just braved the dangers of the Pokemon world, but of realms beyond their comprehension and against opponents unlike any Pokemon. When one lucky trainer reached the very top, the first Pokemon they would meet? BLASTOISE!
