Name: Fulgore Unit Mark-III
Age: 1
Race: Cyborg
Title: Ultratech's Greatest Creation
Bio: The megacorporation known as UltraTech, in its attempts to advance the ways of war, sought the creation of a robotic army. Their Mark I model of Fulgore Unit took on heavyweight champion, TJ Combo, but ultimately fell. Another version was made and, while more advanced, didn't have the mental processing ability to operate properly. Things changed, though, when UltraTech abducted a Native American warrior named Black Eagle and plundered his mind to power their Mark III model Fulgore. It proved stronger, quicker, and a better fighter than previous models, but at times, Black Eagle's mind leaks out, causing the unit to hesitate, instead desiring a real fight rather than obeying orders.

Special Attacks
-Reactor Meter: Fulgore enters a fight with a "Charge Gauge" that will slowly and passively fill up. When more of this Gauge fills up, Fulgore will gain subtle enhancements to his attack and movement speed along with a steady raise of his attack strength. If he uses one of his Super Moves or an energy-based projectile, he will lose some of this gauge. If it's completely empty, some attacks will be inaccessible.
--Reactor Charge: Fulgore opens the plate in his chest and pulsates with energy. It charges the Reactor Meter faster than just passively standing by, but he cannot move or attack while using it (doing so will stop it completely).
-Cyber Dash: Fulgore rushes forward, striking the opponent with his extended, whirling Plasma Claws.
-Plasma Storm: Fulgore points his Plasma Claws forward and fires off a wave of tight-knit three energy projectiles at the opponent.
-Eye Laser: Fulgore aims and fires a red laser beam from his eyes. This can be aimed forward to cross the screen, up to catch airborne opponents, or down to get past standing-block enemies. Can be used in midair.
-Reflector: Fulgore glows blue for a brief moment, reflecting any projectiles that come in contact with him.
-Cyberport: Fulgore activates his cloaking device and disappears, reappearing behind the opponent.
-Electric Spark: Fulgore emits a short range pulse of electricity from his body. This can be used to escape close-range opponents and even stun them.
Throws
FORWARD: Fulgore hoists the opponent up by the neck, deactivating its claws in the process, then reactivates them to plunge them into the midsection. After a sinister chuckle, he violently tosses them to the ground.
BACKWARD: Fulgore plants his knee into the opponent's own leg, stunning them and knocking them back, then vanishes and reappears behind the opponent, blasting them in the back with his eye lasers.
Super Moves
-Blast Core: Fulgore presses a series of buttons on his forearm and he gains a fiery, neon-red aura. In this state, his Reactor Meter will charge up faster and won't go down. This results in ten seconds of maximum attack strength with no need to recharge. After it's done, however, the Reactor Meter will drop down to zero, leaving Fulgore to recharge. Cannot use Devastation Beam in this state.
-Devastation Beam: Obtainable only with a full Reactor Meter. Fulgore opens up his chest and charges it up for a brief moment, before unleashing a devastating energy beam at the opponent, causing massive damage. It can be aimed in any direction to strike airborne foes and after striking the opponent, it will dissipate and the KI Announcer will be heard saying "ULTRA COMBO!!!"
-Ultimate Combo: Obtainable only with a full Reactor Meter. Fulgore presses buttons on his forearm, then thrusts a kick at the opponent, sending them flying backward. He leaps high into the air and maxes out its Reactor Meter, then unleashes a massive Devastation Beam down on the opponent, their silhouette dissolving in its flow as the screen fades to white. When color and focus finally returns, the opponent is floored and Fulgore lands on the ground, body steaming and Reactor Meter emptied.
FATALITIES:
-Vision of Death: Fulgore violently pushes the opponent so that their back is to him, then stabs the opponent through the chest with his plasma claws. For a brief moment, they just hang, impaled, then they start crying out as smoke begins to trail from the back of their head. Suddenly, from their eye sockets bursts forth a pair of thin, crimson beams. When the beams fade away, the opponent is revealed to have two burning holes in their sockets that allow the player to see what's behind them. Fulgore will then deactivate the plasma claws and discard the opponent on the ground, their eyes still smoking.
-Drag-Cut: Fulgore kicks the opponent in the leg, forcing them down on their knees, then plants his plasma claws down onto their cranium before dragging them down their front. The claws will shear down the body all the way to the abdomen before Fulgore retracts them. Afterward, the opponent's upper body splits into three vertical segment before the body falls, face-first onto the ground.
Intro: A loud thud is heard as an invisible shape becomes slightly-visible via bent color and light, revealing a crouched figure. It stands to full height, turns to face the opponent, and deactivates its cloaking ability, revealing Fulgore in all his glory.
Outro: Fulgore opens up his chest, charges up the Devastation Beam, and fires it across the screen, the camera panning to his face.

Prologue: Ultratech was intrigued by the appearance of the many portals around the world, but weren't quite ready to use human subjects to scout it out. Fortunately, they had more than enough artificial soldiers to do the work for them. Fearing danger on the other side, ARIA, CEO of Ultratech sent forth the as-of-yet untested Fulgore Mk. III model to investigate, fitted with a device to record his activities and analyze the properties of wherever it might be sent.
Rival Cutscene:
Fulgore stomps his way through an abandoned factory, then pauses. The camera cuts to his perspective, where all is red save for a white cursor scanning the area. The cursor fixates on a place while text comes up to say "Heat Signature Detected. Life Form Detected, Engaging Stealth Mode".
Fulgore presses a button on his forearm just below its claws, and a cloaking device causes him to fade out of visibility. After a bit of navigating through the complex quarters, the cyborg finds himself on a ledge overlooking a catwalk and a piece of complex machinery, housing a fiery core akin to a miniature sun. Fulgore's visual perceptors, however, fixate themselves, not on the core, but on a familiar, crimson-armored cyborg. A quick facial recognition scan recognizes the being in an instant.
"Identity Confirmed: Subject SEKTOR." the text in Fulgore's vision reads, "Threat Level: HIGH. Beginning Termination Process."
Down below, Sektor is almost on the other side of the catwalk when an invisible object slams into the opposite end, jarring the crimson cyborg slightly. Sektor looks closer and sees that the color bends slightly over the cloaked figure, which quickly stands to its full height and turns to face him. The cloaking device fades away, revealing Fulgore standing like an imposing guard.
Sektor, initially surprised, is quick to remember the cyborg's appearance. "You!" he snarls, "I will show you no mercy!"
If Fulgore is supposed to be intimidated, he isn't showing it. He clenches his metal fists, just as Sektor does the same, the nearby core flaring up slightly to signify the beginning of a new battle.
Ending: With his scouting mission completed, Fulgore returned with waves of data beyond ARIA's wildest dreams. With this newfound data, Ultratech's research of interdimensional travel skyrocketed. Mass-production of Fulgores began in order to act as scouts to these new worlds, but with the promise of exploration, there also comes the threat of invasion. ARIA knew this and rallied the forces she had at her command, for when a threat called "Gargos" emerged from the void between dimensions, she and her army of Fulgores would have to be ready for him.
