Bio: After repeated failures in trying to take down Sonic, Dr. Eggman created a series of robotic counterparts to his archenemy. The strongest of these creations was none other than Metal Sonic. Unlike past imitations of the blue blur, Metal Sonic proved to be much more successful in that he could actually give Sonic a run for his money thanks to an adaptive mimicry system, free will, and a thirst to prove himself better. After witnessing his creator's failures, however, Metal Sonic grew to see his master as weak and eventually struck out on his own to destroy both his rival and creator, and ultimately take over the world to recreate it in metal.

Special Attacks:

-Drill Rocket: Metal Sonic flies forward, his body spinning like a drill, to inflict multiple hits.

-Chest Beam: Metal Sonic fires a beam of yellow energy from his chest. This beam can change angle depending on what button is used.

-Black Shield: Metal Sonic tucks his arms and legs close to his body as a diamond of dark-purple energy engulfs his entire body. This shield protects him from any and all harm, but the user cannot move or attack while using it and it vanishes after a few seconds' use, requiring cooldown after extended use.

-Metal Saw: Metal Sonic jumps in the air and rockets at his opponent, spinning his body like a buzz-saw, similar to Sonic's Homing Attack.

-Data Copy: Metal Sonic's eyes flash bright red for a split-second before he uses a projectile attack from his opponent. The move is chosen at random.

Throws

FORWARD: Metal Sonic flies into the air, opponent in his grip, then dives back to the ground, spiraling the opponent into the ground.

BACKWARD: Metal Sonic throws the opponent behind him, then fires his chest laser to shoot them out of the air.

Super Moves:

-Maximum Overdrive: Metal Sonic charges himself with yellow, electrical energy, then rockets forward to slam into the enemy. If he connects properly, the aforementioned energy will flow freely from his body and maximizes the damage his enemy receives.

-Overload Rush: Metal Sonic crackles with red electricity and he takes off, speeding through the stage several times, leaving behind a red trail and damaging the opponent every time he passes them, slowly lifting them into the air before diving down at them as a whirling buzz-saw and slamming them to the ground. After this move, Metal Sonic will be sluggish for a few seconds as he recharges his energy reserves.

-Metal Overlord: Metal Sonic fires a beam of energy into the air as all kinds of metal pieces fly toward it. A light flashes, clearing and revealing a monster-transformed Metal Sonic. With a roar, he fires beams of energy, rockets, and orbs of energy at his opponent. When the attacks finish, he reverts back to his hedgehog-esque form.

FATALITIES:

-Drill Dive: Metal Sonic spins his body like a drill, then flies at his opponent, slamming into their midsection and grinding right through their chest. As he emerges and lands on his feet, the opponent kneels, clutching at a wound in which their own still-beating heart is visible. Suddenly, Metal Sonic seizes them by the face and smashes it into the floor, twisting it for extra measure. He lets go when he's certain that they're dead.

-Metal Madness: Metal Sonic, in a burst of light and electricity, transforms into Metal Overlord and roars at the opponent. Before they even have time to react, Metal Sonic clamps his jaws down on them and plucks them clean into the air, shaking them around until their lower bodies and limbs fly off in a bloody mess. Metal Overlord then releases the upper body and roars at the sky in victory.

Intro: Metal Sonic slowly touches his feet down on the ground, then his red eyes light up and he takes a fighting stance.

Outro: Metal Sonic turns his back on his opponent, then turns, raises a hand and clenches it into a fist.

Prologue: Metal Sonic was Dr. Eggman's ultimate creation, yet after constant rebellions against its creator, Dr. Eggman had finally found a way to keep him on a tight leash. Installation of a restraint chip in Metal Sonic's neuroprocessor allowed the doctor to keep him in line and punish him for any rebellious thoughts. During a battle with Sonic, Tails, Shadow, and Knuckles, Eggman and Metal Sonic fled into a wormhole to another dimension...but Eggman hadn't counted on one factor. This chip relied on a satellite to monitor Metal's location. Since both were out of its range, Metal Sonic now had free control once again, and he sought to rebuild himself as the ultimate Robotic Overlord once again.

Rival Cutscene:

(Metal Sonic glides to a halt atop a skyscraper amidst a storm.)

Metal Sonic: Such power...whatever this anomaly is, I will have no problem overthrowing the creator and taking his armies as my own. And my imitator will soon fall under my might as well. Who could possibly threaten me?

(Something flashes in his sensors and his visual-enhancers zoom in on it...it's a black-armored super robot aiming a cannon at him from another building's rooftop. Metal makes a spectacular jump just as a burst of plasma destroys the platform he previously stood on. He lands on the same building to stand across from Bass, cannon still smoking.)

Metal Sonic: Bass...

Bass: Metal Sonic...

Metal Sonic: Still serving as your creator's loyal dog? Why do you let that weakling live to keep toying with you?

Bass: I am far from a loyal dog. I'll let him live, but as little more than my pet, while you rampage like a mindless monster.

Metal Sonic: Monster? I have transcended mankind and intend to put it in its rightful place--extinction. You dare challenge me in that belief?

Bass: Maybe I do. If I'm to prove I'm the most powerful robot, I'm going to have to crush YOU first.

Metal Sonic: You will try, Bass.

(Both glower at each other, then dash at each other, weapons at the ready. Fade to black.)

Ending: Metal Sonic arrived at the tower to find Eggman basking in the glories of his latest victory...only for it to halt when the doctor's ultimate creation revealed himself. The Doctor in a state of panic, Metal Sonic attacked when he was at his most vulnerable, bringing Eggman's rule to a sudden and unexpected end. In Eggman's place, Metal Sonic would rule and sentient machines of war slowly began to infest mega-corporations all over the multi-verse. The Age of Machines had truly begun, and the chaos that it wrought was beautiful to Metal Sonic's blood-red eyes.
