Name: Hub Hikari
Age: 12
Race: NetNavi
Title: The NT Warrior
Bio: Created by digitally imitating the genes and soul of a stillborn human child, Megaman.EXE was created to far outstrip a standard NetNavi, and would be the closest a NetNavi would ever come to a human being in terms of consciousness. He would eventually become the personal NetNavi of a boy named Lan Hikari and the two would form a close bond, protecting the human and cyber worlds from terrorists, and even going so far as to stop the complete and utter annihilation of cyberspace as man knew it.
Costume 1: Standard Megaman
Costume 2: Cross-Fusion Megaman
Costume 3: Dark Megaman
Costume 4: Hub Style Change
Costume 5: Bug Style Change
Voice Actor: Andrew Francis
Special Attacks:
-Style Change: At the cost of some Super Meter, Megaman EXE can change to a different style and give one special attack an added effect. Once the Special Attack is used, Megaman will go back to his original form.
*HeatGuts--Fire
*AquaCustom--Water
*ElecTeam--Lightning
*WoodShield--Wood/Earth
-Megabuster: Megaman fires three bolts of violet energy at his opponent in rapid succession. Takes different forms with the Style Change.
*Burstfire: Usable with HeatGuts. Fires a short-range barrage of rapid-fire, fiery projectiles capable of igniting opponents.
*Bubblebomb: Usable with AquaCustom. Fires a single, large bubble that bursts on impact to do significant damage to the opponent.
*Shockround: Usable with ElecTeam. Fires a single, but swift-moving bolt of lightning that is very hard to block.
*Leafshot: Usable with Woodshield. Fires five razor-leaves that fan out as they fly. Can neutralize projectiles and do more damage at a closer range.
-Boomer Chip: Megaman throws a spherical grenade in an arc, the grenade exploding on impact with the ground or the opponent. Takes different forms with the Style Change.
*Molotov: Usable with HeatGuts. The bomb explodes on impact, but leaves a carpet of fire that lasts a few seconds and repeatedly burns any opponent that steps on it.
*Depth-Charge: Usable with AquaCustom. The bomb hits the ground, then bursts to create more bombs that spread out across the stage.
*AMP Grenade: Usable with ElecTeam. The bomb hits the ground, stays still a few seconds, then releases a wide-range discharge of electricity.
*Barrier: Usable with WoodShield. Creates a temporary green energy barrier that reflects projectiles that hit it. Useless against physical attacks.
-Cybersword: Megaman swings an electric-blue sword three times in front of him, which is useful against up-close attacks. Takes different forms with the Style Change.
*Firesword: Usable with HeatGuts. Swings once with a fiery blade that hits multiple times on impact at the cost of effective range.
*Aquasword: Usable with AquaCustom. Swings twice with a watery blade. Has the longest range of the swords, but is the overall slowest in terms of charge and speed.
*Elecsword: Usable with ElecTeam. Thrusts forward with a long, thin sword charged with electricity. Stuns opponent on impact, but has a narrow effective area.
*Bamboosword: Usable with Woodshield. Swings downward to reflect projectiles and create a short-range shockwave around Megaman. Versatile, but lacks power.
-Transmission: Megaman vanishes in a burst of binary data and shoots into the sky, reappearing at a different part of the stage depending on the button input.
Throws
FORWARD: Megaman grabs the opponent's arm, swings them to the ground, then shoots them while they're down.
BACKWARD: Megaman slides past the opponent, shooting them all the way before blasting them in the back.
Super Moves:
-Program Advance: Turning both arms into swords, Megaman raises his arms upward and creates a giant, crackling blade that he swings downward. The attack can span most of the stage, hit multiple times on impact, and can cause foes to collapse if unguarded.
-Hub Annihilation: Megaman fires a short-range burst from his Megabuster and, if it makes contact, will knock the opponent back. Megaman will gain a sheen of electric-blue energy around his body, then wave his hand at the opponent, firing a wave of energy. As it approaches, the opponent can only hold up their hands in defense until the energy turns the screen white. When it comes back into focus, the opponent is on the ground and has taken severe damage.
FATALITIES:
-Battlechip Bloodshed: Megaman forms a sword on one of his hands and uses it to slash the opponent's midsection open. He then pulls out a bomb, hurls it at the opponent and lodges it in the cavity he opened up. The bomb explodes, sending chunks flying through the air, including limbs and head. Megaman then forms his Megabuster and fires, with expert precision, to blast the remaining pieces to smithereens.
-Exit Hub: Megaman gathers binary data around his hand, then makes a backhand motion, causing a wave of data to blast the opponent. At first nothing appears to happen, then their body begins to disintegrate in a flood of 1's and 0's, starting from the feet-up. All this time, the opponent is still conscious and parts of their flesh visible as they dissipate. The opponent screams in horror until it reaches their head, scattering their "data" to the wind.
Intro: A cluster of binary data flies through the sky, then slams down on the ground, materializing into Megaman.EXE.
Outro: Megaman gives a thumbs-up sign and beams a great smile, then transforms into pixels and shoots into the sky.
Intro Quotes: "Megaman, signing in!"
"Just so you know, I'm battle-programmed."
"Let this NET-battle begin!"
Outro Quotes: "And like that, the Cyberworld is safe again."
"Megaman logging out!"
"Looks like another job well done!"

Stage: The Net
Theme Song: Hero Theme from "Megaman: Network Transmission"
_________________________________________________________________________________________
Prologue: It was an ordinary day in both the human and cyber worlds, and Lan Hikari was enjoying retirement with his trusted NetNavi Megaman. However, whispers of strange anomalies reached the ears of those whose job it was to protect and preserve the Cyber World. To Lan's utter surprise, he woke one morning to find that Megaman was gone and his battlechips mysteriously-absent. Megaman, on the other hand, turned up in a bizarre alien world and a collection of chips/programs at his command. He would need them if he wanted to return...
Rival Cutscene:
(Megaman.EXE sprints through a vast, cyber-world lined with data codes and electric-blue circuitry. He grinds to a halt, however, when he realizes one crucial fact...)
Megaman: Well, I've gotten nowhere. (pulls a data screen from the nearby wall, looks it over, then sighs in disappointment) And these are all the same, too. No clues whatsoever.
(Megaman dismisses the screen and is about to take off running again, but then he pauses.)
Megaman: Wait...I feel something...out-of-place.
(Just as he finishes that statement, a strange wave of energy appears in front of him and reveals a boy in bluish armor similar to his own. The boy stands, then actually gives Megaman a look and both recognize each other.)
Both: Wha?! YOU!
Geo: Did we go back in time again?!
Megaman: Did time distort again?!
????: I don't think so.
Megaman: Oh, almost forgot about your teammate.
(Omega rises up as Geo's buster.)
Omega: Cheeky. Now pipe down so I can try to get some idea on what's going on.
Megaman: (cheerfully) Gotta say, I didn't expect to run into you two again.
Geo: (half-joking, half-serious) Same here. Hopefully, we won't destroy the space-time continuum here.
Omega: From what I gather, these portals took us to this pocket dimension outside of our normal time and space. So, we should be in the clear.
Megaman: That does take a load off our shoulders. So, what have you learned about this place?
Geo: Well, our battle cards seem to automatically restock after we use them.
Megaman: So do my Battlechips.
Omega: And we have access to abilities we normally don't on an average day.
Megaman: Same here.
Geo: And we keep going in circles.
Omega: The one exception being...
Megaman: Are you thinking what I'm thinking?
Omega: Of course we are! It means we got a scrap on our hands!
Geo: A fight?! But I-we-Rgh! Even if this doesn't affect the future, we worked together! I don't want to-
Megaman: Neither do I. But whatever is pulling the strings of this world likely only wants one challenger to win. If I could team up with you, I would, but it's not giving us a choice.
Geo: (pauses, then grins determinedly) Then if we're after the same thing, shouldn't matter who wins, right?
Omega: Right! I always was one for rematches!
Megaman: Then what are we waiting for? (forms Megabuster as Geo raises his own)
All: Let's go!
(Both charge their busters and, as they ready to fire, the screen fades to black.)
Ending: Another day had passed since Megaman's disappearance, and Lan Hikari's spirits were dropping fast. Nobody across the Cyber World had seen any sign of him, and none of Lan's friends had anything weird to report. Much to his surprise, he returned home one day to find Megaman had returned. He was in good condition and even his vast collection of battlechips had returned. Megaman also reported that, in his absence, he discovered another cyber-world, or more accurately, a Digital World, filled with bizarre creatures...
