Bio: Cloned from the fossilized remains of the legendary Pokemon, Mew, the Genetic Pokemon established a psychic link with the mind of a young girl who taught it the wonders of the world before she tragically fading away. Its memories altered and its body augmented in painful procedures, Mewtwo entered the world hurt, lost, and in anguish with no real explanation why. In its anger, it escaped the facility, bearing a deep-seated hatred for mankind, a blackened heart, and a desire for purpose amid a world it did not understand.

Special Attacks:

-Shadow Ball: Mewtwo lobs a sphere of darkmatter at the opponent. The distance, speed, and strength are all dependent on how long it is charged.

-Confusion: Mewtwo holds out a hand and a patch of amethyst psychic energy forms. If the opponent is standing on the patch, they will be levitated into the air, slowly losing HP, and be unable to block until they're hit.

-Future Sight: Mewtwo's eyes flash briefly and a pillar of light comes crashing down on the opponent's head after a set period of time (max. 5 seconds).

-Psychic: Mewtwo puts a hand forward and a beam of psychic energy bursts from its palm. Rather than just shoot straight through the opponent, the beam will latch on and pull them closer to Mewtwo, holding them in place briefly and damaging them slightly.

-Psycho Cut: Summoning a spoon-shaped construct, Mewtwo spins it like a wheel to strike the opponent repeatedly. Its only melee-based special move.

-Teleport: Mewtwo can teleport to specific parts of the stage, usually to avoid attacks.

Throws

FORWARD: Mewtwo grips the opponent in its psychic hold, then crushes them a few times before slamming them on the ground.

BACKWARD: Mewtwo spins the opponent around it with its psychic powers, then sends them rocketing behind it.

Super Moves

-Psywave: Mewtwo hovers in the air and radiates psychic energy from its body in bluish shockwaves. The waves are fairly-short range, but if they hit, they will draw the opponent closer to Mewtwo.

-Disable: Mewtwo fires a short-range beam of energy from its eyes. A direct hit will result in the opponent gaining a dark aura, being unable to increase their super meter or use Super Moves, and even render them unable to use the last Special Attack they used for a few seconds.

-Psystrike: Mewtwo's eyes glow red as it puts a hand forward. It shoots a thin beam that, if it hits, will latch onto the opponent and hold them in place. Chuckling, mentally, Mewtwo uses its psychic powers to crush the opponent, then puts its hand forward again, this time firing a colossal beam of crimson energy that does colossal damage.

FATALITIES:

-Headburster: Mewtwo chuckles, then puts a hand forward as dark energy begins to emanate from the opponent's head. The opponent clutches at their skull in pain, then blood begins pouring from their eyes, mouth, and nose before their head explodes in a shower of blood and brainmatter.

-Twist and Snap: Mewtwo levitates the opponent into the air with its psychic powers, then motions with a hand and the opponent's body twists and contorts with a series of snaps and crunches, arms, legs, and spine being bent at odd angles. Mewtwo motions again and the opponent spreads their limbs like a starfish before they start screaming in pain. The reason becomes clear when their arms and legs are torn off, their torso splits in two, and their head is pulled free of their neck.

Intro: A pillar of blue light materializes and Mewtwo slowly lowers down its length, eyes glowing blue. It touches down, the pillar dissipating as its eyes narrow at the sight of its opponent.

Outro: Mewtwo shakes its head, disappointedly, then levitates off the ground, holds its hands in front of him and psychic energy crackles between its palms.

Prologue: Mewtwo had been betrayed, tricked, and misled by the humans that had created it, Mewtwo stood at the shores of its birthplace of New Island. Seeing humans as cruel and dangerous, and Pokemon as weak and complacent in the face of their cruel overlords, Mewtwo decided to create a world to its liking--one devoid of mankind. As though hearing its wish, a portal appeared before it and Mewtwo, feeling that the answer to its wish lay within, ventured forth.

Rival Cutscene:

(Mewtwo stood atop a high mountain, arms folded across its chest, snow whistling through the air around it. Its amethyst eyes focused on the tower off in the distance.)

Mewtwo: The answers lie there. I can feel it. Each victory brings me closer and closer to it. (smirks) I wonder who will be foolish enough to-

(Mewtwo pauses, as though just noticing something, then its smirk broadens slightly.)

Mewtwo: So...YOU have made it here as well. I can't say I'm surprised.

???: Your powers never cease to surprise me, Mewtwo.

(Mewtwo turns to face none other than its previous opponent, Shadow the Hedgehog, who doesn't look very pleased to see who he's talking to.)

Mewtwo: Your stubbornness deserves some commendation, I admit, but you have clearly learned nothing from our last encounter. For someone claiming to be the Ultimate Life Form, your performance was underwhelming...and insultingly so.

Shadow: And you're one to talk--you claim to be the strongest of your kind, yet you resort to cheap tricks? HA! You could never hope to match me in a REAL fight.

Mewtwo: Is that a challenge?

Shadow: Of course.

Mewtwo: (chuckles) Very well, then. Let me give you a demonstration of REAL power. (summons dark energy in its hands, eyes glowing blue)

Shadow: Funny. I was about to say the same thing. (clenches fist, which begins glowing green with Chaos Energy)

(Fade to black.)

Ending: Witnessing a storm of Biblical proportions ravage the planet, Mewtwo watched from the safety of the mountaintops, a select group of Pokemon survivors behind it. To the Genetic Pokemon, it was nothing short of beautiful--a glimpse of things to come. And yet Mewtwo felt that its job wasn't done. During its time in the World of Death Battle, it saw how powerful humans could become. Its next goal was set...wipe out all humans in all worlds.
