Name: Luigi
Age: 26
Race: Human
Title: Mario’s Younger Brother
Bio: Luigi is the not-as-famous young brother of the far more famous Hero of the Mushroom Kingdom, Mario. In spite of living in his brother's shadow for so long, Luigi seems to be fine with this and is perfectly happy to only exist to help his brother on all of his adventures. That being said, Luigi himself is also perfectly capable of great adventures, from beating Bowser to ghostbusting in the many haunted mansions dotting his homeland. Now if only his timidness and fear of everything didn't hold him back...
Costume 1: Traditional appearance
Costume 2: Waluigi color scheme
Costume 3: Mario Party 2 spacesuit
Costume 4: Mr. L from “Super Paper Mario”
Costume 5: Mario Strikers Uniform
Voice Actor: Charles Martinet
Special Attacks:
-Lightning Glove: Luigi shoots a sphere of lightning at his opponent with a small chance of briefly paralyzing them. The speed, distance, and strength depends on which button is pressed.
-Green Missile: Luigi rockets himself forward in a missile fashion to headbutt his enemy. Has a 1/10 chance of flying farther, hitting harder, and inflicting fire damage.
-Luigi Cyclone: Luigi spins in a corkscrew fashion, fists extended to pummel the enemy.
-Hammer: An extension of most of his normal attacks, Luigi pulls out a hammer and does more damage than a traditional punch.
-Poltergust 5000: Luigi pulls out his trusted ghost-slaying vacuum and performs a different action depending on the button used.
*Suck: Draws enemies towards Luigi and can absorb certain projectiles for later use.
*Blow: Pushes enemies away and can reflect projectiles. Will also expel any projectiles Luigi has recently sucked in.
*Flash: Creates a flash of white light that can momentarily stun enemies. If blocked, nothing happens.
-Super Uppercut: Luigi will spring into the air, fist extended. If he’s close enough to hit the opponent, he will hit the opponent clean into the air and cause fire damage to them. If he’s off even by a little bit, they’ll only flinch and lose little health.
-Scuttle Jump: Luigi can extend his jump height and distance by pressing up on the control pad in midair. Anyone beneath it will take minimal damage from his flailing legs.
Throws
FORWARD: Luigi rushes the opponent, flailing his fists and bopping them repeatedly before shoving them on their back.
BACKWARD: Luigi spins the opponent around by the feet, then throws them behind him.0
Super Moves:
-Luigi Zone: Luigi does an odd dance as a sphere of negative energy covers part of the stage for a brief period of time. Anyone unfortunate enough to be in this sphere will slowly take damage, slow down, fall asleep or become dazed, and have their controls reversed. Luigi, all this time, is not affected.
-Goo-igi: Luigi creates a green, gooey replica of himself that will join him in battle. Goo-igi's attacks are fairly-random with only the slightest sense of coordination with Luigi's own attacks, but he does make a useful decoy to distract opponents, take damage for Luigi or set them up for attacks. He cannot use Special Attacks or Super Moves, and he dissolves after either a few seconds' time limit or if he makes contact with water.
-Super Spring Jump: Luigi hops on his opponent’s head. If he connects, they’ll be stunned and give Luigi time to pull the move off. Luigi will crouch down, gathering energy, then jump into the air like a rocket. At a certain altitude, he will perform a ground pound and crash, butt-first, onto the opponent's head. He will then jump off, yelping because his pants are on fire from re-entry, then put out the fire.
FATALITIES:
-Suck It: Luigi pulls out the Poltergust and uses it to suck the opponent in closer. They resist it for a while, then fly towards it and find themselves, headfirst in the vacuum. After a time, Luigi starts seeing blood dripping from the mouth of the Poltergust and, with a yelp of fright, turns it off. The opponent pulls their head free, revealing that their organs are now hanging from their mouth (all while Luigi is looking mortified at what he's done) and then they fall dead after they try breathing through their vomited stomach and intestines.
-Super Death Punch: Luigi gets down low, then performs his trademark "Super Jump Punch", only for it to knock the opponent's head off their shoulders. He yelps in fright at their headless, bleeding corpse, then catches their severed head and, in disgust, juggles it between his hands a bit before dumping it on the ground and kicking it away.
Intro: A warp pipe emerges from the ground and Luigi springs out of it. On landing on the ground, he falls over, then gets back up and shakily gets into a battle pose.
Outro: Luigi jumps into the air with a fist-pump, then does a little dance before tripping and falling on his seat.
Intro Quotes: “Oh yeah! Luigi time!”
“It’s-a me! Luigi!”
“(nervously) Let’s-a go…”
Outro Quotes: "YAAAY! Go-weegee!”
"Yeah! Luigi’s-a number one!"
"Bingo! Oh-hohoho!"
Stage: Luigi’s Mansion
Theme Song: Luigi's Mansion Main Theme (Boss Remix)

Prologue: The unthinkable had happened in the Mushroom Kingdom--Princess Peach had been kidnapped...AGAIN. Always quick to respond, Mario and Luigi reached Bowser's castle in record time (albeit after finding exits in the near-impossible-to-navigate ghost houses). The final showdown was inevitable with Mario and Luigi faced with the Koopa King, Peach in his scaly clutches. Before a showdown could begin, however, a portal of unknown energy materialized and a powerful gravity-like force pulled all four of them in. Luigi miraculously stayed conscious, but was in a world that he did not recognize. Initially scared witless, Luigi pulled himself together and swore to get through this ordeal and find his brother.
Rival Cutscene:
(Just outside of a spooky mansion, Luigi is shivering like it was a cold winter, but braces his nerves and pushes open the gates. Just a few paces in and something is already walking towards him--a Goomba. Luigi put up his hands, ready to fight, but clearly shaking in fright. The Goomba walks over, stops just in front of him, then turns to look at him. The green-clad plumber jumps in surprise, but holds his ground and is ready for an attack.
The Goomba looks at him for a second, then gives a sort of "huh" sound and moves on. After it's moved on a bit, Luigi wipes sweat from his forehead before moving closer to the mansion. From inside, the door creaks open and a shaky Luigi peeks inside before tiptoeing in...then jumps with a scream as the door slams shut behind him.)
???: Huh? Who's there?
(Luigi yelps again before fumbling with his Poltergust until he finally brings up a flashlight and looks around with the newfound illumination. Another light flashes down on him and he points his own at the source: a two-tailed fox.)
Tails: Oh! It's you again! (flies down, then nervously asks...) Uh...no hard feelings, right?
(Luigi shrugs and makes a noise that likely means "I guess not".)
Tails: Good news, I guess. Now, wanna know about your-er, our current situation?
(Luigi nods with an "mm-hm" and Tails pulls out a device.)
Tails: Well, I've been monitoring my location and that of the huge signature at the very center. For the most part, that tower off in the distance just stays out of reach.
(Luigi nods with an interested sound.)
Tails: It basically means that, unless we win a fight against someone in the immediate area, we'll just keep going in circles. In other words, we have to fight and the winner gets to advance.
(Luigi jumps back, teeth chattering.)
Tails: Uh? Is something wrong?
(Luigi utters fast-paced, Italian-sounding gibberish...that Tails can somehow understand.)
Tails: You don't want to fight? (Luigi shakes his head) Well, you've made it this far, right? (Luigi, shakily, nods) Well, then you have two options--beat me in a good spar and keep going forward or we both stay here.
(Luigi weighs his options, then sighs reluctantly and says "I do it!")
Tails: It's settled then. If you win, I stay behind and try to find someone else. If I win, I go on and, hopefully, solve all this. You ready?
(Luigi nods with a newfound courage and says "Oh yeah! Luigi time!")
Ending: Luigi was just as surprised as everyone else that he rescued the princess and Mario. When they returned home to the Mushroom Kingdom, celebration was inevitable for Luigi's grand new accomplishment, including a cake in his honor. In the comfort of home, with the friendly ghost-dog, Polterpup, in his lap, Luigi finally had a good taste of what it meant to be a hero. That was until Professor E. Gadd called him up, saying something about a new, ghost-riddled mansion with ghosts like they had never seen before--Gengars, Poes, and an onryo named "Hisako" to name but a few.
