Bio: Tired of being constantly overshadowed by his colleague Dr. Light, Dr. Wily turned to a life of crime in order to achieve the fame and power he felt he justly deserved. Reprogramming Light's robots with malevolent intentions, Wily planned to take over the world to prove his genius to those who doubted him, but was foiled by Light's own creation--Mega Man. While he has been thwarted time and time again by Mega Man and his allies, Wily shows no signs of ever stopping in his goals, and his actions would soon have a drastically-dark effect on the future. But that's a story for another time...

Special Attacks

-Machine Smash: Wily charges the Wily Machine into the opponent like a battering ram, though it has a fairly-short range and will miss if the opponent is out of its range.

-Buzz Saw: Wily launches a spinning buzz saw from the Wily Machine that flies forward and comes back in a boomerang fashion, striking the opponent on both trips.

-Mouth Cannon: The Wily Machine's mouth opens and fires a powerful beam of energy at the opponent. The attack can also be charged up before being performed, but leaves him open.

-Light Blast: The Wily Machine releases an array of light-colored energy spheres into the air. They hang in the air for a few seconds, then fly at the opponent in succession.

-Dark Blast: The Wily Machines launches a dark-colored energy blast into the air, which falls down on top of the opponent.

Throws

FORWARD: A pair of hooked cables fire from the Wily Machine, then get blasted back by the a laser blast.

BACKWARD: The Wily Machine flies up in the air, slams down on top of the opponent, then revs its wheels to send the opponent fling below it.

Super Moves

-Go, My Robot Masters!: Wily summons forth a group of Robot Masters (in particular, Guts Man, Metal Man, Slash Man, Magnet Man, Sheep Man, Napalm Man, and Pharaoh Man) that gather in front of Wily the opponent from all angles before launching their ranged weapons--throwing rocks, buzz-saws, cutting waves, magnet torpedoes, lightning, bombs and more. After the attack passes, the Robot Masters spring off-stage.

-Wily Laser: Wily presses a button on his control panel and the mouth of the Wily Machine opens wide as it latches onto the ground, charging and firing a beam of yellow energy across the stage that lasts longer than the Mouth Cannon, thus doing more damage in the process.

-Wily Machine Upgrade: Wily leaves the Wily Machine and latches his capsule into the Wily Machine 9. Shortly after its activation, it fires a series of bombs that explode on impact before unleashing a stream of fire. After enough damage, the opponent tries to get up only for the Wily Machine to stomp them into the ground. Wily laughs evilly, then exits the model-9 Wily Machine, which self-destructs to cause further damage. Wily is later shown to have retreated back into the earlier model machine.

FATALITIES:

-Buzz-Down: Dr. Wily fires a pair of spear-tipped cables at the opponent, the points embedding themselves in their midsection, then slowly begin to draw them towards the Wily Machine, which brings forth a whirring buzz-saw. The opponent is drawn right into it, the saw slamming, vertically, into their front and cleaving them in half. Wily withdraws the cables, leaving the pieces to fall to the ground.

-Hole Punch Laser: Dr. Wily takes aim, camera briefly swapping to a targeting system. When locked on, the opponent has just recovered from their "dizzy state" and sees a cannon protrude from the Wily Machine's mouth. A powerful energy beam emerges from the cannon and slams into the opponent, taking out their head and a semicircular chunk of their upper torso. They fall over, the cauterized, gaping wound still smoking.

Intro: Wily attaches his capsule to the Wily Machine's interior, the machine humming to life as it hovers into the air and readies its weapons systems.

Outro: Wily opens a hatch on top of the Wily Machine, emerges from within, and smiles maniacally.

Prologue: Wily was ready to go to all-out war with the world, gathering his Robot Masters and multiple minions of metal. As usual, though, Dr. Light had been one step ahead of him and sent Mega Man after him. His minions and Robot Masters slowly fell into scrap metal to the Blue Bomber, but just as Wily was ready to confront the blue thorn in his side, a portal opened and a gravitic force took hold of Mega Man, Wily, Bass, and several of Wily's key Robot Masters and dragged them into it. Upon seeing a world teeming with scientific opportunity, Wily tracked down his Robot Masters and brought them to his side...preparing for a whole new war to fight.

Rival Cutscene:

(The Wily Capsule flies through the air before popping open a hatch, allowing Wily to witness the futuristic city before him.)

Wily: Hahahahaha! Is this REALLY the best that this world has to offer? If so, then obtaining this multi-dimensional travel will be much easier than I expected, and the technologies of other worlds will be MINE to obtain and exploit!

???: It will be an excellent opportunity to spread the Eggman Empire beyond my world and into others!

(Wily looks in surprise to see the Eggmobile, Dr. Eggman having not noticed Wily yet. Wily smirks, then hovers to just behind his fellow doctor.)

Wily: Really now? And what if someone ELSE is after the source?

(Eggman jumps in surprise, then turns his Eggmobile around to see Wily standing atop his Wily Capsule with a smug smile on his face.)

Wily: If this world is exactly what you speculate it to be, then that only makes finding it even MORE of a top-priority for me. After all, we all know that I, Doctor Wily, will embrace the scientific possibilities of this world far better than you!

Eggman: Well, if your creations are so much better, then how come MY robotic creation destroyed your own during the last time we met?

Wily: Only because my Robo-enza virus took him over! And I recall him destroying you first!

Eggman: Well, Metal Overlord didn't take a good liking to you either, since he blew you up too!

Wily: Confident, are we now? Well, how about we settle this once and for all, Eggman?

Eggman: The way only two robotic geniuses with massive arsenals know how to? That's the one thing I WILL agree with you on!

(The EggRobo drops down, Eggman planting his own Eggmobile into the place where its head should be. At the same time, Wily attaches his Wily Capsule to the Wily Machine ver. 8 and activates its thrusters.)

Ending: Wily found the source of the interdimensional travel, ripping it from the owner's feeble hands. With it, he spread Robo-enza virus to other worlds, causing their robotics to go insane and become increasingly-destructive to their inhabitants. Skynet, OCP, UltraTech, even the vast Eggman armies fell under the control of the mad doctor. However, in his long-term plan, he couldn't help but feel he was missing something. It all became clear when the doors opened, revealing a black-armored, humanoid robot who looked like he wouldn't be happier dethroning his "creator".
