Name: Daniel Fenton
Age: 14
Race: Human/Ghost Hybrid
Title: The Half-Ghost Hero
Bio: The son of two scientists obsessed with finding the "Ghost Zone", Danny ventured into a device that seemed to have been a dud, but accidentally flipped a switch that exposed him to spectral energy, rearranging his entire molecular and genetic structure. When he woke, he saw that he was given ghostly traits and abilities, but that the gateways to the Ghost Zone had been flung open, enabling spirits to cross over into the human world. Wanting to fix the wrong that was inflicted, Danny became a hero and swore to use his newfound ghost powers for good.

Voice Actor: David Kaufman
Special Attacks:
-Ghost Ray: Danny fires green energy in one of three different variants.
LIGHT: Five small energy spheres that float in front of Danny a short while, then fly at the opponent in turn
MEDI: A single sphere that hovers in the air and explodes on contact
HEAVY: A beam that spans the stage, but comes with slight charge-time
-Ghost Shield: Danny creates a sphere of green energy around him that can damage nearby opponents and neutralize projectiles that come into contact with it.
-Ghost Strike: Danny flies forward, fists charged with Ecto-Energy to push the enemy back on successful hit. If blocked, he will bounce off and resume his battle stance.
*Cold Strike: At the cost of some Super Meter, Danny can freeze the opponent on contact rather than push them back.
-Ghost Phase: Danny turns transparent and intangible, enabling him to phase through attacks and the opponent. He cannot attack in this state, though, and must return to his default form either by the same input or waiting for it to wear off. Wearing off results in a lengthy recovery animation, leaving Danny vulnerable.
-Invisi-Ghost: Danny turns invisible save for a faint outline, making his position and moves hard to predict.
Throws
FORWARD: Danny grabs the opponent, then lifts them into the air and hurls them down on the ground, falling down to land his feet in their midsection before springing off.
BACKWARD: Danny phases through the opponent, then kicks them twice in the back of the head, flooring them.
Super Moves:
-Fenton Engine: Danny pulls out a device and throws it on the ground, creating an emerald tornado riddled with ghosts and spirits that will repeatedly damage the opponent if they're close enough.
-Ghostly Wail: Danny opens his mouth and unleashes a loud, echoing shout that spans the whole stage for a few seconds. If guarded against, it will chip at their health and push them slightly. If not, it can do repeated hit-damage and steadily lift the opponent into the air.
-Going Full Ghost: Danny turns transparent and flies at the opponent. On successful contact, he will vanish inside of them and levitate them into the air. The opponent then contorts and snaps with several painful effects, before Danny discards them to the ground and unleashes a large blast of Ecto Energy on them while they're down.
FATALITIES:
-Gotta Catch 'Em All: Danny gathers ectoplasm in his hands, then concentrates energy onto the opponent, reducing their body to ash and leaving only a ghostly figure behind. He then pulls out the Fenton Thermos and presses a button, firing a blue laser that ensnares the opponent and draws them into its depths. He then twirls it and fastens it to his "belt".
-Crazy Possession: Danny turns intangible and flies into the opponent's body, turning their eyes a shade of green. He then proceeds to ricochet the opponent all over the stage, going slow-motion to emphasize the extent of their injuries, until he slams them onto the ground as a bruised and bloodied mess. The opponent then starts glowing green and a sphere of green energy explodes from within their bodies, sending their limbs flying and revealing Danny at the center of the burst.
Intro: Danny walks in as an ordinary human, then a ring forms on his midsection, splitting into two that travel up, turning him into his "Phantom Mode".
Outro: Danny nods, then flies up into the sky, stops, then sharply raises a fist, splattering a ghost attempting to surprise him."

Stage: The Ghost Zone
Theme Song: Danny Phantom Opening Theme (extended ver.)
_________________________________________________________________________________________
Prologue: On yet another average day in the life of Danny Fenton, he descended into his parents' basement to discover an anomaly--a dark vortex of sorts. His immediate response was to call down his parents and prepare them for a serious telling-off, but to his surprise, his parents (while still in their somewhat dimwitted fashion) were just as perplexed as their son. Sensing danger within and malicious ghosts being an all-too-real threat, Danny dove straight into the portal, ready to go ghost in the world of Death Battle.
Rival Cutscene:
(In a darkened city, illuminated only by the street lamps, Danny Phantom flew through the sky, scouring the ground.)
Danny: Okay, I have to know, because I'm going around in circles for certain this time...
(Danny pulls out a device that appears to be a handheld radar system. It scans the area a few times, then reads "0% Ghost Activity".)
Danny: (comically disheartened) Darn. So much for that hunch.
????: You too, huh?
Danny: (surprise) What the?!
(Danny glances up and sees a red dragon flying right above him on broad wings and sporting a familiar grin.)
Danny: How the heck did I not notice that?!
Jake: I've got a suspicion. Wanna take this to terra firma, man?
Danny: Uh...Sure. Why not?
(Both make a smooth landing, Danny landing in a "superhero fashion" while Jake touches down like a bird, engulfing himself in fire to return to his human form.)
Jake: Wassup, Dan the man?
Danny: (shrugs) Same as you, I guess. Stuck in this backwards world and all.
Jake: Kinda hopin' for a more upbeat response, but I getcha.
Danny: I've been at this for a long time and I expected this to be ghost-related. But it's not.
Jake: And it's not magical either, and my history with that is as long as yours, I bet.
Danny: ...Well, there's only one way to get answers, right?
(Both turn their gaze to the tower in the distance.)
Jake: And there's only one way to get there. (smiles) DRAGON UP!
(In a burst of fire, Jake transforms into his dragon form.)
Jake: Yo, D to the A to the N-N-Y, how 'bout 'nother fight between you and I?
Danny: Well, I'll tell ya somethin' Jake, er...Y'know what? I'm gonna skip the rapping.
Jake: Oh, come on, man! It's fun!
Danny: Normally, I'd agree, but this is kind of important. 'Sides, these kind of things need serious planning ahead.
Jake: Psch. Rookie. (ponders the thought) Oh, alright. If I win, I kick the butt of whoever's behind this.
Danny: And if I win?
Jake: You gotta kick his butt once for me.
Danny: I like your thinkin'. Now, watch out! I'm goin' ghost!
(The two fly at each other, laced in fire and ecto-energy to resemble torpedoes. Fade to black.)
Ending: Defeating the Mastermind was...surprisingly-easy, Danny had to admit. With victory in hand, he reversed the portal and had all combatants return to their home-dimension before returning to his own. Upon his return, he found that his parents had an unexpected visitor--a short, old scientist by the name of E. Gadd. The professor also had a fascination with ghosts and was a fountain of knowledge for both Mr. and Mrs. Fenton. Watching from the sidelines as the two shared their blueprints and analyses, Danny wasn't sure if he should be happy or terrified.
