Bio: The Sith Lord, Darth Vader, was not always the feared figure he is now. He was once a Jedi named Anakin Skywalker, but his fascination with the Force was unhealthy. Upon hearing the possibility of learning the secret of life, Anakin betrayed the Jedi who had once been his allies and took apprenticeship under Darth Sidious. While he was brutally defeated and near-dead, Sidious restored him as an imposing machine of death. In time, the Republic Vader once served fell way to the Galactic Empire and Vader served as its emissary--an imposing threat to its greatest adversaries.

Special Attacks:

-Force Push/Force Pull: Darth Vader reaches out with a hand and will use the Force to either push opponents back or pull them closer. Does no damage and is best used to set the opponent up or to put distance.

-Force Repulse: Darth Vader creates a fast, but short-range pulse of the Force that can knock opponents backward.

-Djem-So: Darth Vader moves slowly forward with a series of swings from his lightsaber, capable of neutralizing or even reflecting projectiles.

-Parry: Vader holds up his lightsaber and, if hit by a physical attack, will turn a full one-eighty and hit the opponent with a powerful backhand slash that makes them crumple to the ground. This must be well-timed, though.

-Force Choke: Darth Vader puts up a hand and creates a small spiraling pocket of air with the Force. If the opponent is in range of this circle, they will be momentarily immobile and slowly lose health until they button-mash free or are attacked.

Throws

FORWARD: Vader impales the opponent with his lightsaber, then uses the Force to send them flying back.

BACKWARD: Vader lifts the opponent with the Force, smashes them into the ground, then throws them behind him.

Super Moves:

-Kinetite: Darth Vader gathers force power and condenses it into a sphere of electrical energy before pushing it forward. While it is somewhat-slow, it will cause repeated damage to an opponent on impact should it touch them and can swerve to home in on them if they try to jump or duck around it.

-Vader's Fury: Darth Vader taps into the force and the entire room goes dark save for the glow of his lightsaber illuminating the room. Vader then advances on the foe with aggressive, powerful swings of his blade before unleashing a powerful burst of Force Power from his body that blasts the foe backward. When the move finishes, the lighting returns to normal.

-Force Batter: Darth Vader creates an upward-spiral of energy beneath the foe and, if it lands a direct hit, the opponent will levitate into the air. With a flex of Vader's fist, rocks and other random objects begin to batter the foe from multiple directions, all guided by the Force. After being battered, Darth Vader slams them down on the ground hard enough to create a small crater.

FATALITIES:

-Force Crush: Darth Vader lifts the opponent with the Force, then clenches a fist. One of the opponent's arms sharply twists behind their back. Another flex of the Force snaps their leg at an odd angle. Vader snaps their other arm and leg before clenching his fist one final time. The opponent's entire body collapses in on itself in a spray of blood before falling onto the ground with a "splat" sound.

-Fall to Pieces: Darth Vader lifts the opponent into the air, then levitates his still-active lightsaber into the air. One swing from the blade and the opponent's legs fall to the ground. Another swing bifurcates them from the hip, and another still cuts their arms and chest to pieces. One final slash severs the opponent's head, which only drops when Vader releases his Force-hold upon it, sending it to land on top of the other body parts.

Intro: Camera panning from his feet up, Darth Vader strides onto the field, draws his lightsaber and ignites it.

Outro: Darth Vader deactivates his lightsaber, clips it to his belt, then folds his arms across his chest.

Prologue: The Galactic Empire was met with an anomaly on the faraway planet of Hoth--a portal of strange energy. Knowing full well that a Rebel Base was previously located there, Darth Vader was sent to investigate. Upon arriving at the destination, a whisper reached out to him through the Force...a familiar presence. Luke. Not hesitating for an instant longer, Vader ordered the Stormtroopers accompanying him to stay behind and not inform anyone of his leave. He strode into the portal not a moment later, seeking out the young Skywalker

Rival Cutscene:

(Inside of a dark, mist-laden industrial zone, Darth Vader strides with perfect balance and form, the heavy breaths escaping his body armor only adding to the cold atmosphere. He stops, as though remembering something, then looks to the side.)

Vader: I sense a disturbance in the Force--something I remember. How interesting.

(Vader turns fully to the direction he sensed it in, then strides off and unclips his lightsaber. The screen fades away, then cuts to him standing at the top of a short stairwell. Soon, a lift arrives, carrying a cloaked figure.)

Vader: So...we meet again, Doom.

(The cloaked figure turns to meet Vader, revealing a metal mask, a pair of eyes glowering at him from beneath it.)

Doom: Darth Vader. I'd say it was a pleasure running into you, but Doom is not one to lie about such matters.

Vader: I see you haven't changed. Such arrogance will only bring about your destruction.

Doom: (snorts) Not by your hand, though, if our last battle was any such indication.

Vader: I had no knowledge on your abilities. Now that I do, I do not intend to make the same mistake as last time.

Doom: You already did make the same mistake--you have challenged Doom.

Vader: We shall see. (ignites lightsaber, the red light illuminating his figure)

(The two lock eyes, then Doom lights his hands with a golden energy before the camera fades to black.)

Ending: Through Darth Vader's successful campaign into the world of Death Battle, the Galactic Empire could spearhead into a new and glorious future, conquering systems and universes by the dozens and earning new recruits from magical races to new alien races. Darth Vader was the vanguard of this ominous machine, but he was not alone. At his back were a few new apprentices at his beck and call, future Dark Lords that now lived to serve him as the new Army of the Sith.
