This week I saw Amy Speace at The Slaughtered Lamb and listened to Lunasa (very invigorating) and Ozric Tentacles (had me searching the sky for UFOs) on the road to a dog sitting retreat in Gorleston. So first up it's Amy Speace."

Blitzkrieg Bop by Ramones - "A work trip for Jackie enabled us to catch up with a few friends in Norfolk last week. A sandwich, a pot of tea and a good ol' natter at the Maltings in Well-Next-The-Sea with John was a very pleasant way to pass an afternoon. The background music was pretty good as well. For example, Sam and Dave's Soul Man and Hold On I'm Coming, The Rolling Stones' Street Fighting Man and this one, were just a few of the great tracks..."
Leap Of Faith by Bruce Springsteen - "Bruce kept us entertained whilst driving around..."
Sanctuary by Iron Maiden - "The first proper voice of Iron Maiden, Paul Di'Anno, died last week. For me, he was the element which gave the New Wave Of British Heavy Metal rising stars their punk element. This is the bands second single from 1980."
