Concept
“prom night” - three nerdy teenage boys impatient for action invoke an indian family ritual that turns their dates into the girls of their dreams ( and their nightmares ? )
..OR..
?? maybe it's the female ritual that turns them into succibus, and deepak's mother shares it with Cat. (maybe it's 10 years of her collected essence, so it's not easy to give)
?? maybe Deepak's mother is the one who sets up the 3 couple sleepover, with the intent of turning the girls
?? maybe Deepak's mother makes a proproposition to Cat, and leaves a thermos of her blood, not realizing the boys hatched a plan to have 3 couples over. Cat shares the crazy story with the other girls, and all three of them drink the blood. Lisa is the most precocious, and the first to experience the effects..
?? maybe Deepak's mother offers it up to Cat, but she's squeemish.... and ends up letting Lisa take it.
?? maybe Deepak's mother offers it up to Cat, not knowing about the 3 couple sleep over. Cat gets a taste, and ends up seducing all 5 of the others and becoming outrageously hot
maybe the double-edged sword is that the ritual binds the power (and her obedience) to a promise ring...
maybe deepak isn't into the arranged marriage, so
maybe nobody realizes the actual promise ring didn't fit, so she swapped it out for one of her own, making her beholden to nobody but herself
Characters
MC - Deepak ("D") - indian boy from wealth, with an obnoxiously smoking hot mother, who on his 18th birthday is told of his father’s secret ritual to make his homely arranged wife-to-be into the woman of his dreams. he finds the hidden scroll describing it, and shares it with the boys
sam - white nerd, smartest kid in the school, and very conservative
wilson - african american, neighbor and childhood friend of sam and D. while he hangs with the cool kids now, he tries to help his nerdy childhood buddies by coaching them into getting dates for the prom. he gets wrapped up in their scheme.
Questions
where does the 'energy' for the magic come from?
how do we get away from one-dimensional shape-shifting fantasy?
how does he screw it up and give the girls shapeshift powers instead of just making them hot?
1- maybe he's supposed to give them the body of their dreams, but instead makes their dreams come true.
2- maybe Cat is in on the ritual, encourages the other girls, and twists it to her own devices. (taking control of the ritual, and twisting the clause so the boys obey the girls, instead of the other way around)
3- maybe he screws up the ritual, and makes the boys listen to the girls, instead of the other way around
4- maybe it's a tradeoff between beauty and obedience?
are the girls there when they do the ritual? how fast are the effects?
idea: sleepover at Deepak's - effects are instant...
they suffer through the prom, but they have plans to all go back to Deepak's house (D's parents left to give him alone time with his betrothed).
after awkwardly separating for a while, The guys all end up back in the kitchen (wilson was rebuffed, sam ran from lisa's flirting, and Deepak and Cat just feel awkward about being forced together)
Deepak tells them about the ritual, and wishes he could just use it right now. Sam thinks he's crazy, believes in science. Wilson scolds him for holding out, and says they should use it right now on all the girls. He then coerces Deepak, why wait until they are married, teasing him with Cat being as hot as his mother right now. "what do they have to lose?"
Deepak shows wilson where the ritual scroll is, as Sam stays in tow to tell them how crazy this all is. Asking how much they both drank.
They perform the ritual... nothing happens.. "that's it". They go searching for results in the girls, and find Lisa, who hasn't changed. Lisa asks if Sam for a minute to talk. she understands that she's not a guy's dream date, but she thought they could at least have fun. she did a bunch of research, and the latest craze is edging. (what's that?) she has to explain it using third-party pronouns (where the girl does this to the guy), which makes him embarrassed, but also interested. She's going to go back in her room and turn out the lights, and if he wants to let her try it, he come back to the room, leave the lights out, take off his clothes, crawl into bed, and let it happen.
Sam scolds the boys, "see. nothing happened, because this isn't possible. it's some fake story your dad told you to give arranged marriage a chance." Wilson overheard Lisa, and scolds Sam. "do you know what i would do to get Shona to even give me a normal handjob? And Lisa's fucking researching edging? I'd get in bed, close my eyes, and go enjoy that shit! It would be more action than either of us are getting tonight." On Wilson's urging, Sam agrees to go make out with Lisa.
RESULTS 1 - Lisa
He enters the dark room. Lisa's silent as he fumbles to the bed and lies down. He hears her move to the edge of the bed. "I'm glad you came." She runs her fingers over him above the covers, which feels nice. It starts off like a gentle massage. She asks if he likes it.. he does. She tells him she's going to peel the covers down. he likes the feeling of her hands on his skin, but is a bit embarrassed and conflicted.
When she rubs her hands over his crotch, she finds him pretty soft. She encourages him to imagine she looks like whatever he wants. In the dark I could be anyone, even Sasha (pic). Is that what you want? For Sasha to sneak in here and ..." suddenly, her hand jabbed into him, then fell away, "oww, it hurts. it hurts."
"Lisa? are you okay? Lisa?" He sat up, but it was pitch black, so he could only make out a rough outline, crumpled beside the bed.
"Uhh, I'm okay." Something about her voice was suddenly different, and they both noticed. "I don't know what that was. Why does my voice sound funny? Does it sound funny to you?"
"Yes. Are you okay Lisa?" Sam reached for the nightstand to flip the light on. Lisa saw what he was doing and rushed to stop him, but she was too late. The room was flooded with light, and Lisa felt immediate embarrassment. Sam, on the other hand, was stunned by the sight of Sasha grasping his hand. "Holy crap, what the hell is this? Where is Lisa?"
"Sam? I'm right here." Only Lisa wasn't there. Sasha was. Sam was beginning to get spooked. Was this a trick? Were they playing him? Why would Sasha even be at Deepak's house? He reached for the sheet to cover himself. "My voice, it sounds like..." Lisa looked down at herself, first realizing these were not the clothes she was wearing moments ago, then realizing she didn't even look like herself. Her body was slim, and tight. She ran her hands down her tummy in disbelief and it felt amazing. She frantically searched the room for a mirror, finding an unfamiliar reflection in the dim light. She stood and moved toward it in wonderment. The closer she got, the more obvious the new reality became. "Ohh my god, I look exactly like Sasha!"
"Stop messing with me." Sam slid out of the bed, tugging his pants on. "Why are you here? Did Lisa put you up to this?" He started frantically searching for his shirt in the dim light.
"Sam, it's me, Lisa. I swear." She held her hands out, trying to calm him down. "I wanted to look like Sasha for you, then my entire body was aching and burning, and the next thing I know I look like this. Okay, that sounded completely crazy, but why would I lie? Why would Sasha be here, with you, pretending to be me.. I mean Lisa?"
"I don't know what your game is, but I'm not buying it. People can not just..." he lost his thought as something he was seeing made his skin crawl. Sasha's face was moving, but not in normal ways that faces move. It was changing, reshaping. In just a few seconds, her face looked like Lisa, but her body still looked like Sasha. "Did you drug me? You're face... it.." Sam's legs felt weak and he fell to the bed.
Lisa looked over to the mirror, a ridiculous grin spreading across her face. "It worked! I wanted my face back to prove I'm Lisa, and ... ohh my god. am I dreaming?" Her voice was weird, but no stranger than having her own face sandwiched between Sasha's amber locks and her knockout body. She turned to Sam, "Am I losing it? Is this really happening?" Sam was in silent shock, his jaw hanging open in disbelief. "Here, let me try again." She gritted her teeth a bit, and felt a warm burn over her entire body as she returned to her natural form.
"Holy crap!" Sam exclaimed. His eyes were transfixed as he watched her body shorten and swell back into the shape of Lisa. He had no explanation for what he was seeing. It defied all science, logic, and reason.
Lisa briefly looked to the mirror to confirm the change had occurred, then looked back. "Sam. I don't know why is happening, but I don't feel like this is a dream. Do you?" He shook his head. "Good. If you didn't drug me, and I didn't drug you, then we have to accept the possibility that I'm now somehow capable of shapeshifting."
With Sam's awe tempered by seeing the normal Lisa, he shook his head, "that is *not* possible." He ran over the events in his mind, trying to come up with another explanation. He had none. Still, he figured it would be easy enough to discredit this explanation. "If you can really shapeshift, then you can look like anyone, not just Sasha." He dug his phone out of his pocket, and did a search for 'sexy playmate'. After a couple flicks of his finger, he settled on a topless shot of an unbelievably hot blonde. He offered up the phone. "Let's see you look like her."
Lisa took the phone, and after eyeing the picture, shot Sam sour glance. "A half-naked pin-up? Really?" She tapped on the search box and added the word 'bikini' to the search. A moment later she had more acceptably clothed pictures of equally hot playmates. She picked one out, a gorgeous blond in a brown polka-dot bikini (pic), and set her mind to it. Feeling the sensation for the third time, it wasn't so much pain as a tightness, as her body shifted and conformed over tens of seconds. Her legs and arms burned as they stretched a little near the end. When finished, she glanced over at the mirror to see the gorgeous blonde playmate sitting next to Sam on the bed. It was hard to believe the gorgeous blonde was her. "Well?" She said, turning to Sam, "believe me now?"
??? - sam gets astounded by what this means for science and metaphysics. she comments how turned on she is by smart guys, and starts to unfasten her top. when he asks what she's doing, she explains that he's about to get seduced by a gorgeous playmate.

Situations
LIsa - they start talking about nerdy mutual interest in a fantasy game. tries to flirt with Sam, and he backs away - she catches him oogling a hot prude senior, Sasha (pic) - and talks to him more like one of the guys, how she understands why he wants someone how like her, but reminding him how prude she is. when the lights are off, it's more about what the girl does to you than what she looks like. which embarasses him more. --
when she becomes a shapeshifter, she accidentally shifts into Sasha - which freaks her out, and when they backtrack what happened, she realizes she was wishing to look like Sasha. she then wishes to look like sasha but with her face, which she thinks is awesome. Then she tries out her flirting, and when Sam doesn't reject her, she makes fun of him for it but still takes him somewhere private. starts out interactive, imitating others, and then becoming what sam asks for, - eventually takes it on her own, and searches for a hot busty fitness model

wilson encourages sam to let him help get him out of his shell and get a girl. sam is reluctant, but wilson pressures… even asks if he wants wilson to line up a double date with one of Shona’s friends
show D’s parents arranged marriage plans, D’s still smoking hot mother, and how much she dotes on his dad
show sam’s complete awkwardness with any girl - maybe girls making fun of him
3 - D’s 18th birthday
his dad taking him aside to talk about the arranged marriage. D trying to get out of it, appealing to wanting a hotter wife like his dad. his dad laughs, takes him aside, and explains the secret family ritual (without explaining how to do it).
he doesn’t quite believe it, until his father ‘proves’ it to him. (how?)
his father issues a warning, about how things can go wrong... (how?)
4 - sam and wilson go on a double date with shona and (her ‘easy’ friend). the friend is kinda cute, but also taller and heavier than sam, and very intimidating… sam is nervous, but she takes the reigns and casually makes out with him.. (she makes it clear they are ‘just friends’, but can still have a little fun)
5 - prom is coming up, and the guys talk. Wilson is going with Shona. They prod Sam if he’s going to ask (shona’s friend). he wants to ask Lisa instead. They laugh, because they don’t expect that’ll go over well with shona’s friend. They ask about D, and he explains how his parents are bringing in his wife-to-be. They ask to see a picture, and kind of cringe at her unremarkable look, before optimistically jibbing (maybe she’s a late bloomer).
This brings on D locking the room to secrecy, and then explaining the secret family ritual. The guys laugh. He explains how his father ‘proved’ it with his wife, only to get more laughs about how they’d go for his MILF mom. D leaves determined to prove it to them.
6 - D gingerly asks his dad if he can use the ritual early…. after all, why wait until they are married. his father laughs, and explains that he’s not mature enough to be entrusted with the secret and perform it correctly. his father will perform the ritual for him. When he’s old enough, it’ll be passed to him to pass on to his children.
D recalls the ancient box he found in his father’s closet, and when his father leaves the house, he immediately goes searching for it. it’s not where he expected, so he has to search more, but eventually finds it, and snaps a photo of the ritual instructions with his phone, before carefully putting it back in it’s place.
7 - D’s betrothed shows up, amid lots of awkwardness around their parents. As soon as they are alone, she turns out to be ‘cool’, and thinks the whole thing is just as weird as he does. Though she doesn’t mind the idea of marrying into such a wealthy family where she’ll be as well taken care of as his mom. Through a few conversations, she makes innuendo suggesting she knows about how the secret ritual will make her smoking hot.
8 - the three guys meet with their girls (sam with shona’s friend), and go out together.
