Healing Centers..
I expect that centers are somewhat sterile, efficient places, much like hospitals.
Women would fill out some pre-screening forms while waiting in a queue. (the forms would contain a disclosure about pregnancy risks and consequences, the current scientific justification for performing healing 'live', and allow them to choose whether the healer should use a thrusting or chemically induced climax, costs and wait times for the former being much shorter) When they were called, they'd be escorted into a healing room, where an ascended doctor would ask some more questions before explaining what clothing they should remove and getting them into position on a low table designed for healing, with their legs in stirrups. Then the doctor would position a tray of equipment near their hip, explaining that it contains a lukewarm wash, a lubricant, and a 'splasher' (a concocted drink of juice and ascended fluids to force him to climax if necessary). The doctor would kneel between her legs, and talk her through administering the wash.
After a little more waiting, the healer would enter the room (with the doctor still there), check their paperwork, make smalltalk, and the doctor would talk her through the procedure as he performed it. The healer would walk up between her legs, touching her thighs. Then he'd open his healer pants, taste the splasher as needed, apply the lubricant to himself as he's hard enough, then enter her. If this was a chemically induced climax, at this point he'd drink the splasher, and wait until it triggered him. If not, he'd begin thrusting into her, taking only small doses of the splasher as needed to speed the process. (a full splasher will render a healer uselessly 'fully juiced' for 40 minutes, and 'tipsy' for longer, and 6-8 splashers in 4 hours could cause glimmer toxicity and seisures, so the center has to tightly control how much splasher each healer consumes over time)
