• They recommend he take the questionarre alone, but Addison insists she do it with him. She can be impartial, which Luna can't, and she's wise to the games the selection services can play.

  • Women forfeit their fee if they turn out to be different than their profile, so hard to place personality types pay a substantial bonus to get placed. The services are heavily regulated, but they do often try to trick candidates with the qestionarre.

  • Ash is glad for the help, and silently glad it's Addison. She's always been impartial, he feels he can be honest with her.

  • woman shows up to ask Ash a bunch of questions (with Addison present?).

    • • The woman introduces herself, and gives a little speech about how exciting this process can be for Ash, and how because men are so rare, he really can have his ever dream come true. Whatever woman he desires, they can find her, down to the smallest detail of her physique and personality.

      • The woman then starts a speech about how it's better to conduct the questionarre alone with the suitor, so his *true* wishes can be obtained. Ash cuts her off, Ash explains she's staying.

      • The woman indicates that's fine, but that she's only going to record Ash's answers.

      • many of which are awkward to answer. when he stalls, she reminds him that there are so many applicants, she needs criteria to reduce them down to a manageable number, and even then the computer will randomly select from thousands to produce a list of 25 initial candidates.

    • First off, because they are a Poly, she asks if they are looking for a wife who enjoys female-only sexual contact?

      • Addison answers, 'ohh yes, we definetly are.' the woman gives her a funny stare, and she apologies, "oops, sorry. Ash?"

      • Ash answers, "yes, at least two of my wives really like women, so yes we are." Ash finds it weird referring to Regan and Addison as his wives, as it happened so fast. Even if he had known them forever.

  • asks what Ash is like, (do you like to be independent? (yes) do you keep a separate bed for yourself?, do you drive yourself? (did? luna says 'yes' he likes to drive himself) like to be carried?, like to be teased while carried? (addison answers 'yes') prefer to spend time with only one wife at a time? (addison answers 'no') do you work? how many hours a day?

  • asks about age. She finds this is an annoying part of the process, since all women retain their youthful health and appearance with regular healings. However, she has to put something on the form. She reminds him that any candidate must pass a viral compatibility match before introduction, which realistically limits it to 19-27. (the form says you have two wives who are 23, and one who is 25. What age would you like to target?)

    • Ash knows Luna and Regan are the same age, because they met in college, which makes Addison 25.

    • Addison teases Ash that they could pick a 19 year old college girl, that she could do him in-between doing her homework assignments. Though I think it'll be best if they are closer to our age, with a career started.

    • Ash asks to target age 24. Addison teases him for liking older women (like her).

    • asks about career. According to regulation 8879-D3, we are not allowed to make any selections with any preference to income. All candidates are required to meet minimum criteria to support themselves and a husband. As a poly, however, you can indicate whether you prefer a candidate who would be willing to stop working -- to be the full-time guardian of your husband.

      • Addison laughed. "oh, Ash. We're doing this all wrong. We could have an 18 yo college drop-out posing half-naked for you all day long at work."

      • Ash, "no, she doesn't need to stop working, thanks."

      • In this context, an equalist means an equanara, who expects you to participate equally, even when it's not equal effort. Sometimes they even get off on watching you struggle with it. They expect you to always walk yourself, cook half the meals, make the bed, do half the laundry. Have you ever tried to make a normal sized bed?

        • Ash amends his answer to "caretaker"

        • Addison tells her she really should amend her questionarre to use the terms "equanara" and "equalissa", the modern terms for equalist and caretaker.

        • She patronizingly says she'll make a note of it, while sounding like she has no intention of doing so.

      • when they get to the accent questions, Ash makes fun, imitates a bad french accent, looks through the choices, and then suggests they go with British.

    • Addison quickly response "like that? everyday!". Ash disagrees (hold on, none of you wear clothing like that in public) Addison criticises him for not having any fun. That maybe they would, with a sexy spitfire breathing some life into things. Ash chides her for just wanting a sexy eye-candy wife. Addison laughs, are you kidding? I have Regan for that. I want another one. Ash answers "occasionally", Addison teases him, asks him please, whispers some kind of sexual offer to him (she'll serve a meal in a sexy outfit once a month?). He changes his answer to "weekly".

    • • Ash doesn't know where to start. He looks to Addison, "don't look at me. I'll order up another one of my dream girls, tall, busty, brunette. Wait, we can ask for women over 13'? That's two feet taller than me! I thought only a few basketball players were that tall."

      • "Basketball players need husbands too. We have tall clients in both basketball and volleyball. The question is, what does Ash want? Remember Ash, I told you this can be a dream come true, but only if *you* tell me what *you* really want." Her implication clear, that Addison should stay out of it.

      • Ash admitted, something about Regan being taller was sexy. He liked it. This time he decided to tap the answers into the tablet by himself, 12-13' range, taller, but not too tall. He stalled when he got to the bust. Regan prided herself at being the biggest up top, and he didn't want to upset that dynamic. He decided to go with a modest C-D size. He chose a thin bone structure, some visible muscle, and little hip curve. Hair color? He stalled again. Then decided he didn't care

      • Addison was looking over his shoulder, "looks like a taller Luna." He looked over his shoulder at her. "What? I approve."
