Concept
Mena is tired of never finding a man tall enough, or confident enough to date her.
Arnold is frustrated at women finding him too-short. This is doubly a problem, as he has a thing for tall, beautiful women. His career, however, is just about to make him fantastically rich at just 30 years old.
They meet, Mena is 1'3" taller in flats, 1'7" taller in 4" heels, 1'9" taller in 6" heels.
Arnold goes to incredible lengths to 'woo' her.
Situations
Arnold making overtures to meet her
Mena reluctant to date him because of his height ("how can I be too short? every man is shorter than you.")
Arnold makes overtures, mostly with money. Expensive dining. Gifts, etc.
Mena reluctantly agrees to a date, where they actually have a nice time chatting.
He wants to see her again, but she's again reluctant because of his height.
Arnold insists on knowing the reasons. She lists them, and Arnold knocks them down one by one. (dancing, carry across a threshold, doesn't want to have short kids)
She finally agrees to another date.
On the 2nd and 3rd dates, she likes how much attention he gives her, and how well he treats her. they develop mutual desire, common ground. him wooing her.... though she's always a bit reluctant to teach each next step. (meeting her friends, meeting his friends, people knowing they are dating, etc)

Arnold becomes semi-famous because he's dating Mena.
Suddenly tall beautiful women are hitting on Arnold... taking him on 'dates', trying to seduce him away from Mena.
With competition, Mena steps up her game... becoming sexually dominant
Mena asks for implants, so she can be more girl-ish. (to compete with them)
Mena starts to get bored with little obediant puppy dog Arnold, and is getting more attention from taller men (with her new breasts)
She cheats, he is heartbroken. He leaves her.
Mena's new taller b/f turns out to be boring, uninspired, and not rich. She has second thoughts.
Meanwhile, one of Arnold's tall beautiful 'friends' consoles him, and in a weak moment he falls for her seduction and gets attached
it takes her no time to start dominantly pushing his buttons, getting his attention
They run into Mena. She tries to connect with Arnold, but his new g/f gets in the way.
When Arnold walks away, she talks frankly with Mena, referring to Arnold in a condescending way, like a kept pet that Mena shouldn't interefere with.
Mena tries to talk to Arnold, warn him about the girl... but it isn't well received coming from the girl who cheated on him.

"They Meet"
In Manhattan.. A couple meet over a smartphone app dating service, where they thumbs up each other's pictures. He's attractive, but short for a guy (5'7"), so he likes that the service doesn't have a profile with all those details. However, she's also happy not to disclose her height, as she's 6'4".
They 'chat' and send selfies back and forth for a couple days. He wants to meet her, but he feels like he has to disclose his height...
(they talk about meeting up) ... "before we meet, i need to tell you, I'm kinda short for a guy." / "Does that matter?" / "I've found that some girls like to date taller guys." / "Well I don't care. Do you mind if I'm taller than you?" / "No." / "Well then there's no problem."
He meets her in person, she's already seated, and he gushes about how pretty she is. She seems quite tall, even sitting down.
They have initial chit-chat, get over the nervousness of meeting each other. Then she becomes pretty flirtatious, touching his hand, touching her hair, etc.
He makes a suggestion about what they should go do next. She's giddy excited. They both stand up, and he finally sees that she's 6'4" (9" taller than him, in flats).
"Holy crap you're tall," he blurts out. "I mean, it really doesn't bother you that I'm so much shorter than you?"
"No. I'm used to dating shorter men. In fact, I find the taller ones have more trouble with my height than the short ones."
She confesses that she's had trouble finding men who want to date a girl who's 6'4". She explains how some of the 'kinda tall' guys reject her, because they just can't handle not being taller than her. Sometimes right away. Sometimes after a few dates. Then she talks about how much she liked his profile, and how she just wanted to meet someone nice. As she describes her challenges, he realizes he can relate to them, though in the opposite direction.
She finally gives him a very warm hug. (how? face against her chest? or leaning down to him?)
They continue the rest of their date, going to do XYZ. People state at them. He notices the attention and mentions it. She's used to it. He holds her hand, which makes her even more giddy happy. She gives him a peck on the cheek.
After XYZ is done.. They get a private moment, he stops her, and she kisses him. It's a sweet kiss, with just a little tongue, and it makes them both smile.
Then he gives her the 'we've been together for hours, and i don't want you to get sick of me. can i see you again tomorrow?'.
she gets intimately close as she pleads with him, does he really have to go? could she make him dinner? they could spend the evening together. she'd invite him back to her place, but it's small and doesn't have much privacy. "could we do it at your place?" "please?"
Finally, he gives in, and she twirls him around, giving him another kiss that gets a little too sloppy. Then she pulls him towards a nearby grocery store, asking what he wants for dinner.
When they step into his place, he shows her around. The place is quaint, but he lives alone, so they have privacy. It's too early for her to start cooking, so he asks what she'd like to do.. throwing out a few totally lame ideas.
"I have a better idea," she says, as she starts flirtatiously running her hands on him. / "Ohh do you?" / "Uhh huh." She nods. Then she leans down and kisses him deeply. They wrap their arms around each other as their tongues dance.
Then, unexpectedly, she hoists him up onto the kitchen counter. He reacts, "whoa." A moment later she's tucked up between his legs, hugging him. This time his head is a little higher.
