Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce

On July 8th, Travis Kelce, a tight-end for the Kansas City Chiefs, attended Taylor Swift's Eras Tour, where he theb proceeded to talk about his experience and interest in her, publicly linked the two together. He revealed that he had even in fact made a friendship bracelet with his number on it for her, exchanging bracelets being a running tradition during Swift's tour. However, he wasn't able to give her the bracelet, and later joked in a podcast that he had taken it personally. A while later, rumors began circling about the potential relationship and many even asked Kelce to comment on their status. Despite the attention, he didn't want to reveal much, keeping any relationship private.

Any question of a "potential relationship" was put to rest, however, on September 24th, when Swift shocked football fans and Swifties alike when she was spotted at a Chiefs game in the Kelce suite, officially confirming a relationship between the stars. Alongside her was Kelce's mother, Donna Kelce, both observing the game against the Chicago Bears. The Chiefs won the game and Swift could be seen cheering and celebrating in the box.
Afterward, Kelce and Swift were spotted leaving the stadium together, laughing and getting cozy with one another. Kelce and his brother Jason Kelce, a fellow NFL player for the Eagles, discussed the topic on their New Heights podcast. Travis remarked on how “ballsy” it was for Swift to show up and complimented her by saying she looked “amazing.” Everyone had nothing but nice things to say about her. Later in October, she went to see another Chiefs game against the New York Jets. In support of Kelce, she attended with her group of friends consisting of stars such as Blake Lively and Ryan Reynolds.
Since then, Swift has attended other games and the couple has been seen together on various outings. They have been spotted eating out at Nobu in NYC and even appeared on Saturday Night Live together! No doubt, this unexpected couple brought together two worlds that many never believed would converge beyond Swift using the NFL stadiums for her shows. Time will only tell what more is in store for Kelce and Swift as a couple!
