After its reconstruction, the bombs of the civil war again damaged the building, which was not rebuilt until 1945.

During the 1960s, the School of Seafaring was inaugurated, founded by Tomàs Forteza, who was in charge of spreading love for sea sports among young people from Tarragona. The celebration of the 125th anniversary in 2003 marks a turning point for a young and dynamic club that works every day to promote nautical sports and enhance knowledge and respect for the sea.

In June 2005, the new stage of the restaurant at the headquarters was launched. The Nautical Restaurant.
