Phalens / Reverve Phalens 

The dorsum of hands are placed together

Ask the patient to keep their elbows where they are but to push the hands up whilst maintaining the dorsum of hand/wrist together 

A positive test is symptoms into the fingers

This is often referred to as the prayer test.  The palms of the hand are brought together, and whilst keeping the elbows still the wrists/hands are moved downward.
