• All accounts cards are located in the leaver arch folders behind the glass sliding doors on the second shelf from the top

§ Workers Comp: has all cards for Physio Treatments for worker’s comp clients

§ Hydro: has all cards for Exercise Treatments including gym and in clinic exercise treatments

§ EPC, VETS, NDIS: has all EPC, VETS, NDIS and PITS cards

• The pigeonholes for the cards you are about to pull are located behind the class doors, behind the reception computer closest to the exit

• Bulldog-Clips are located in the white container next to the pigeonhole

§ In this container there are pieces of laminated coloured paper with each therapist’s name

§ These pieces of paper will have multiple bulldog clips with the relevant therapist’s name

• Open up the diary to the relevant day which you will be pulling the cards for

• Making your way through the therapists pull the cards and put the cards in chronological order from first client to the last. The cards you will need to pull will be:

§ WorkCover

§ NDIS

§ VETS

§ PITS
