A letter of offer and/or employment contract will be issued to all new employees. This letter and/or contract will need to signed and returned to the Clinic Director to file in the employee’s file.

As stated in the contract, on commencement of employment the probation period will be taken. The probation period is a learning opportunity.
Each employee is encouraged to write down any problems that may arise on a review sheet. Each employee will be given the opportunity to discuss these issues or problems on a Friday afternoon each week over the next twelve weeks.
All physiotherapy staff are contracted on an Enterprise Agreement which complies with the Modern Award for Health Professional and Support Services.
All administration staff are subject to the Modern Award for Health Professional and Support Services.
As an invaluable member of this Practice team it would be inappropriate to expect that the level of performance required will be automatically reached.
This practice is committed to working with you on reaching your maximum performance level. However, high performance will be the ultimate goal and progress will be monitored regularly.
Performance reviews will be conducted at a time scheduled by the Practice/Office Manager. These reviews will be by the Practice/Office Manager and/or Practice Principals.
