It is the objective of this policy to ensure that grievances are resolved by negotiation and discussion between the parties. It is recognized that from time to time individual employees may have grievances which need to be resolved in the interest of good relationships.
Goldfields Physio believes to maintain professional relationships between staff and in order to resolve grievances quickly, staff should be requested to speak to their supervisor about such matters without delay.
Grievances should not be communicated to other employees and under no circumstance should grievances be aired or communicated with clients of this clinic.
