Following the email submission, if a response has not been received back within 48 hours, the requesting therapist should make direct contact via phone with the case manager to discuss the submission.
"Hi, it's <insert name>, from Goldfields Physio. I am just phoning in regards to <insert client name>. I am wondering if you have had an opportunity to review my management plan?"
Be ready to provide more information in relation to your treatment management plan and if a decision has not been made ask if they require any more information to help facilitate a decision.
